Faden builders completed building a dock for me march 2015. They charged me $47,000 for it. I…read morenoticed in the last year some instability in the structure. as of 10/11/21 the dock is unsafe to walk as all the middle supporting wood is rotten. I contacted the company and owner Todd Faden who returned my call on 10/13/21, stating there is nothing he will do. He refused to even come look at it. On the phone conversation he added we are full of work for 1 year and we will not be able to do anything about it plus added he will not paying for anything. I was given no options for a resolution. based on the amount I spent and the expectancy of docks being 15 years on average. I feel company should be responsible for appropriate repair of the problem. Would not recommend. horrible experience. It was ok to take your money but not to repair. They should stand behind their work. Poor workmanship. Will file a complain with Fl license.

We are pleased with our experience with Sean and his team at H Countertops. Sean was involved in…read morethe process from start to finish (he was there for the estimate, the templating, and the installation). He was also great with communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. He brought samples of quartz with him the day of the estimate, and was helpful when trying to decide what would look best in our home according to the look we were going for. We had gotten other estimates as well, and Sean worked with us on his competitive pricing, which we feel was quite fair. We chose sparkling white quartz for our kitchen countertops, butlers pantry, loft wall desk, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It was a beautiful choice, and it really brings a bright and sparkly pop to our home. His team did a great job installing all of our countertops throughout our home. They even went above and beyond to make a special cut (not an easy one!) in our backsplash for an outlet in our master bathroom that we didn't want to part with. At the end of installation, we got to go around and ask for any adjustments/leveling/extra caulking we felt was necessary. The team gladly made the adjustments, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We used Sean's recommended plumber (Lorenzo) for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the plumbing, and we are so very glad we did. Lorenzo was priced so well and fair, and he gladly came back the next day to adjust our sinks when we noticed they were slightly slanted, and not as level as we had thought they were the day before. Overall, we are happy with the choice we made in working with Sean and his team. The only downfall we would report is being the last installation on a Friday evening around 4pm. It was very apparent the team was tired after a long week, and was clear they wanted to go home after a long day. They were stuck at our home until around 7:45pm, and were getting antsy to head out (which, who wouldn't at almost 8pm on a Friday). With that said, the only thing we would recommend is to try and request an install in the beginning of the week (or mid week), and ask for the earliest possible appointment if you want to avoid a late night. Other than that, we gladly recommend their services! *We will update with photos when painting is complete.

The rain we have had the past couple of days is just what we needed especially to settle down the…read moredust and bring out the beauty of the work Ryan recently did on our property. He graded our dirt driveway, topped it with crushed shell and compacted it. He also leveled our front walkway, bringing in fill were it was needed, then topping it with compacted crushed concrete fines. We can opt for further treatment of the walkway, with some pea gravel our stepping stones, but he said it should be suitable to leave it as is. I kind of like the rustic, beachy look! It suits the property. Not the least of which was the service he provided to fill, level and compact the area where we wanted to install our new stepping stone patio. His prep work made our DIY installation a breeze. When we were finished, he came back and compacted the patio so we could finish the job with polymeric sand. To top everything off, he helped us rehang our huge stag horn fern that has been sitting on the ground since Hurricane Milton blew it out of the tree in October of 2024. Ryan's a really nice guy, a local Chuluotan, very professional and very skilled. If you need any excavation, grading, land clearing, material hauling, tree services, junk removal, property management and construction preparation we highly recommend him.

I have never met a contractor that impress me as much as Micheal. His knowledge, experience, and work ethic is rare in this day and age. All jobs do not go as planned and mine was no different. My patio had support requirements for pillars requiring my architect to produce a detailed construction drawing not usually required for driveways and patios. The permit had to be submitted 3 times (no fault of Micheals), however, Micheal expedited the process so I lost a minimum amount of time.
