Literally ever person working there was friendly and efficient. I was told by my current dentist in Wichita Falls that I needed a root canal, but he no longer does them. So he referred me to a specialist. The specialist was 5 weeks out to get a root canal. I was in tremendous pain so I started searching online and found that Dr Clark does most every procedure in his office. I called and explained that I was in horrible pain and had been since last Thursday. I called yesterday afternoon and they got me in first thing this morning. Once Dr Clark took a closer look he showed me that the tooth was cracked in half so I couldn't do a root canal. So, he did an extraction right then. If I had gone to the root canal specialist in WF I would have then been sent to an oral surgeon. Most importantly is that the pain is gone, but I loved that I wasn't put off or sent somewhere else. Additionally, he is looking for the root cause of why I've had three teeth crack. Not a single specialist has done this for me. I tried every method to remove the screws - using a hair dryer, WD-40, the rubber band trick, and so on. I literally drew blood trying to remove these things. Last week I called quite a few local stores asking if they'd be able to help me. Most store's answers were "absolutely not" or "only if you bought the product from us". I went to CPR on a whim because it was close to Starbucks + open during the lunch hour. And boy am I glad I did. They were able to remove the stripped screws in mere minutes and they were super friendly. I'll absolutely use them in the future for any of my tech needs.
