They combined those two rejections into a "bill" and proceeded to "send me bills" for two years. I never received a bill, and haven't used that dentist in two years. They then proceeded to send my "bill" to collections. I have followed up with the office and they are attempting to fix this wrong, however I could never again trust an office with what can only be described as egregious record keeping and billing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else trust them either.

Placing a loved one with dementia is a huge responsibility. In this case, it was a blessing for my…read moremother and for the family. This center is administered by the most respectful, compassionate, caring staff I've ever seen. Residents are treated with dignity and great care. It was easier on my mother than we had hoped. She was content, well-cared for, and she enjoyed her days. The stimulating activities, good food, and happy atmosphere were more than we had expected. The staff actually becomes a new family and for the person with dementia, this is a relief when they aren't expected to know someone. They can do more for their residents than family is able to do. Staff members are extremely dedicated to the residents and their families. I can't recommend this facility or its administrator highly enough for the support they provided.
