When the office called to confirm the appointment they asked if I had received the paperwork in the mail and I let them know I had not. They said that is okay to come in 15 minutes early and fill it out. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to not be seen because the paperwork was not filled out. How can I fill out paperwork when no one gives it to me? It should be the people in the front office's responsibility at the Vernon facility to see if anyone needs paperwork.....not my responsibility to go track it down. Then my daughter called to find out where the miscommunication had been. The individual who answered the phone was not very sympathetic stating their offices are always extremely full and if the paperwork cannot get filled out in 10 minutes they do not have a choice. When asked if they can email the paperwork she said "Yes, if asked." She was given a little tip on customer service and said she could always ask if the client would like it mailed or emailed in which she stated that most of their clients do not have email and sarcastically said Thank You. Not sure who she thought she was; however, I am sure she will be put in her place at some point in her life for such a snotty attitude. Elderly people deserve better treatment and should be shown respect. Maybe it should start with the office!

After four visits my shoulder was frozen. I needed a cortisone shot and physical therapy. I will say I really liked him but it just didn't work.

The incident left me with chronic pain that caused me to radically alter my lifestyle. Since that time, I have consulted with specialist after specialist. I have allowed myself to be treated with multiple therapies, most of which did little to help and some of which left me worse off than before. By the time I found my way to Dr. Lopacinski during a particularly difficult flare-up, I was almost incapacitated and completely out of hope. After all, medical science has still not found a way to cure the physical condition that was causing me so much pain. It's safe to say that I arrived at Dr. Lopacinski's office a skeptic. But today, after only four visits with Dr. Lopacinski, I have far less pain than I have had in the past eight years. In fact, I am well on my way to resuming a healthy and active lifestyle. Best of all, Dr. Lopacinski tells me that if I continue doing the exercises he prescribed and that Lauren McCullough showed me how to perform, I may never need treatment for this particular problem again! I couldn't be more grateful that I finally found my way to Dr. Lopacinski and the Airrosti clinic. What a relief to finally be able to enjoy my life fully again!

My Brain n Complex Neurosurgeon kept insisting I needed a Rheumatologist Enter who was (Dollars for Docs Cooper)who pushed Humira where she made her DFD$$$.Seemed damned angry when the DFD HUMIRA did nothing as I continued to hurt like hell. Did have a very nice either NPor PA, pretty & personable.Dr Kamath told me the very same thing again, so enter 3rd Rheumatoid doctor, was told they never saw Coopers requested records, but nothing was done. Back to Kamath post spinal stimulator removal & total spinal column stimulator showed nothing for my age, once again said he continued to recommend finding the right Rheumatoid specialist . I did trust the previous one I'd seen & I was in this full blown body inflammatory state hurting all over. Im now on Cimzia & feel like she truly cares, the one before her always seemed an inch away from blowing right up & exploding, as she constantly pushed her fingers through her moppy hair hanging in her face so unprofessional like hair. I can only imagine a dear husband at home taking care of the horses just not quite good enough & the ranch as well. What a joy Never measuring up. I'm only speculating. But had a different drug been trie say A TOO LONG WAY FOR ME, THIS Treatment could have been started a long time back. Sorry but he lacked personality & expertise. Working where he does should have rung the first bell. When you've hurt this long without a definite solution is harrowing. I've changed Pain Management Drs once in Frisco that tried doing unnecessary surgery on me then told me I tested + for Xanax. I was on Clonazepam so a Benzo is a Benzo. Dishonest but great in everything else? My Complex neurosurgeon caught that one. Reviewing how he wrote out the reason req surgery. Now losing my fantastic PCP Family Practice claims none of their PCP accepting new pts. I'd call this a Train Wreck not to drag in pain issues & such. All I need a PCP for is a physical & refills on non controlled Rx? Not just anyone though like this one & he's not PCP.Bet he graduated low in his class. Enufs enough.
