The owners are just a friendliest people, and they are able to give really great tours. The distillery itself is organized and really cool to see. After the tour you were able to buy some products at the merch area. You get to sample some of the rums as well. And I have to admit I'm not a huge rum drinker, but I do enjoy it. Plump Jack $165. Love the speak easy bar at the back of the liquor store, just slide open the metal barn door. The bar tenders work in the bar or the restaurant thru another side door at the front of the store. The bartenders are great. They make phenomenal drinks and they have a 4-6 beers on tap from Belgium ambers, whites, and a few local ipa's. The restaurant is small with maybe 6-8 high tops as well as its own bar. The menu at the restaurant is different each night. One night Mexican, another smash burgers, Italian etc .... Pasta is home made. Sometimes on weekend nights, the menu is a set course meal. If you want a specific wine with dinner, you can bring it in from the liquor store and they will give it to you at list less 15%. During the peak season you need to text them to get a reservation. Now, it's first come first served. They don't take reservations over the phone. Owner and staff are A1 plus!
