What a fun spot! Stumbled upon this on a Monday night and so glad we did. Not what we were expecting at all, but still fun. Beside a Home Depot, in a warehouse type building. Small bookstore/merchandise room when you walk in, walk through to the brewery portion. Small selection of beer and food available, tables for games and eating. Got lucky with some trivia that seems to be every Monday. The have trading cards and collectibles and games you can take to your table to play. Definitely a small community vibe here but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was solid, definitely not what they're going to be known for but tasty nonetheless. Got the tale of two piggies sandwich (ham and bacon) and Brie with crackers. Seems they rotate the names of their menu hitch is really fun too. Enjoyed our meal and trivia night, I'll definitely be backn

We decided to stop by here as part of the Indiana Beer Trail (Tag-a-Brew) and we enjoyed the beer. We mostly enjoyed the company of the staff and other patrons that were easy going and great to talk to

Just my favorite chill place. Non-pretentious, chill, welcoming and quiet. I visit every time I come to Indy. Also the beer is delish!

While Books & Brews is not my favorite brewery in the Indy area, I always enjoy my time there. There are always a couple of really good beers on tap, but several of them are not quite to my liking, and there does not seem to be a ton of rotation in what they offer. I could be wrong on that, though, since I do not go here regularly. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. I always love browsing the books and games that are for sale while having a drink.

Real high on fun factor. Just fine to relax and enjoy libations. Cozy spot with tons to entertain yourself or hang out with friends.

I have only good things to say about books and brews. I've never seen anyone treated badly there. The food is good with super fun literary pun names. I am not a huge beer fan but I've been a mug club member now for a couple of years just based on the quality of the vibe and the amazing staff. Even for a non-beer drinker many of their beers are very drinkable any non beer love is heavily outweighed by the fact that you can spend time in their space enjoying a book a game or just company and never feel out of place!

Here is their current menu and selection.

Love, love, love this place! The books, board games, and brews are so fun. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and will definitely be back. The workers are extremely friendly and had very helpful suggestions for choosing a selection. Thankful places like this exist.

Return of the King is amazing! Plus blackberry cider!

Love their trivia nights. Such a fun and cute place to hangout. Kids eat free on Wednesdays too, so that's an added bonus.

There were alot of books to choose from. we were all able to find something . After which we went in to take a look around. They had a wonderful selection of childrens books, rare books as well. Its a medium sized spot but they fit a childrens corner in. I was pleased to find vintage Richie Rich and Sugar and Spike comic books for 1.00. This was certainly a wonderful place to stumble upon which had alot of gems inside. The vintage type writers were a really cool touch as well. Everything about this place was inviting and warm. At the cash register I came across an assortment of stickers and if you know me, you know I love stickers..Of course I grabbed a couple to complete my purchase. There is a space right by the door that has a sitting area, the leather chair was so comfortable but it was thw huge leather ottoman for me and the chess set that makes you wanna learn to play, if you do t already no how too. I could spend hours sitting and reading. Finally it was time to go but I will most certainly be back to see what other treasures I can find. Until next time Indy reads!!!

It's a small,…read morebut mighty independent bookstore that has everything neatly organized and a decent selection of books in each category despite the size. I purchased a book that's been on my to-read list for some time (Nightbitch) and a new book that I've never heard of before, but was very intrigued by (Strange Pictures). Knocking 1 star off because there is a very bad odor, like something is wrong with the plumbing, inside the whole shop and it cut my visit way shorter than I had planned because I couldn't stand breathing it in any longer.

I love Tomorrow Bookstore. It's a small but mighty shop run by kind people. They host book clubs…read morefor fiction and non-fiction books, bring in local authors for signings on weekends, have art and literary pop ups, and do ticketed author events. Their collection blends books and zines you haven't heard of yet with popular titles you often see and ones in between. They have a good range for different ages, too, with a nice young adult section, children's books, and middle grade as well as the plentiful shelves for adults. There's a local author shelf and there's a fun mix of local talent there in a variety of genres and age categories--plus sometimes, signed copies. They do carry some gift items like candles, and their custom stickers and apparel make me smile. The little book guys are fun! Tomorrow is well worth a stop if you're downtown. Whether you're wanting a book haul or supporting local with a sticker purchase, you'll find something here. Parking on Mass Ave is metered, but free on Sundays! There's also a parking garage nearby, and if you don't mind a walk, you may find some of the limited free street parking.

They had a really nice collection of books across all genres, though I never bought any so I don't know how pricing was. The main seating area was also nice, with some bar seating, some smaller tables, and a larger meeting table. I think the pricing was reasonable. My only hiccup was not realizing they had a decent sized tea menu, because they didn't have tea listed on their wall menu, instead leaving it to a laminate on the counter which I didn't see until I already placed my order. I got a chai latte that was pretty good but I found it to be rather sweet. I can't say I'd come back again, mostly because I can't come back again. I suppose it's just an unfortunate timing on my part to have only made my first visit in their final week of operation.

I got the seasonal latte, which was some type of spiced latte, but only came hot and with oat milk. When I get oat milk lattes from other places (ahem, Starbucks), the oat flavor of the milk is so heavy and overwhelming that I can't taste the flavor of the latte. Not here!! I could barely taste the difference from dairy milk- it was steamed perfectly, had cute latte art, and tasted so good. I did have to ask what the seasonal latte was, but the barista was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also got the cardamom and pepper scone, which was SO GOOD! I can be pretty skeptical of scones since a lot of places in the US serve them crumbly and hard, or way too sweet. This was the PERFECT scone. It was slightly savory, soo soft, and perfectly baked. I will be back for this scone alone if not anything else. They also have breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos, which I was happy to see, but did not try this time. They have a small selections of books, but admittedly I was just there to work and didn't peruse that section this time. There was street parking right out front that was easy to snag a spot in, and pretty cheap for the amount of time I was there.
