The bonus side to this location is that they have plenty of staff working around the location to make sure you're getting what you need or assisting you when you can't find that book you were looking for. This location has a coffee shop located on the right-hand side of the bookstore and has a few tables for you to sit and hopefully not read the entire book before putting it back on the shelf... Anyway, the café was clean. I did try to go over there but the line was long and not moving fast and I was feeling impatient so I decided not to get anything. In the back of the store is where you'll find your movies, cds, and vinyl. I was pretty impressed with the selection of new vinyl they had in the store. I'm always shocked though at the prices of their DVD's and CD's knowing how cheaply they can be purchased elsewhere. The rest of the store was neatly organized in the traditional B&N fashion. Everything listed at the top of the bookshelves making it easy for you to find what you were looking for or maybe you'll stumble upon a book you never knew you needed. Either way, this location will suit you just fine.

They have an amazing selection of apparel, stickers, home goods and pretty much any kind of Mountaineer gear you could want. It's something a little pricey but they usually have a few clearance racks and thats when I stock up on shirts. They've expanded the space recently which is great since it was completely packed before and hard to manuever through the store when you had your hands full. Props to them for having amazing stuff for men, women, kids and dogs, you can shop for every Mountaineer fan in your life here!

There was staff all around the store on a Sunday morning watches us like hawks. It was very off-putting and uncomfortable, it didn't make me want to look at anything in the store. They texted to let me…read moreknow my order was ready, yet when I arrived and parked in a spot I waited and waited, watching others get their orders loaded. Finally I called them. To make a long story short they lost my entire order. How? They accidentally, or mistakenly gave it to someone else. Merry Christmas to them! I had to wait about 45 minutes between the time they figured all this out and while they re-shopped for my stuff. It was hot, but thank God for air conditioning. If we senior citizens with health problems have things like this happen very often we might want to explore other shopping options?
