The bonus side to this location is that they have plenty of staff working around the location to make sure you're getting what you need or assisting you when you can't find that book you were looking for. This location has a coffee shop located on the right-hand side of the bookstore and has a few tables for you to sit and hopefully not read the entire book before putting it back on the shelf... Anyway, the café was clean. I did try to go over there but the line was long and not moving fast and I was feeling impatient so I decided not to get anything. In the back of the store is where you'll find your movies, cds, and vinyl. I was pretty impressed with the selection of new vinyl they had in the store. I'm always shocked though at the prices of their DVD's and CD's knowing how cheaply they can be purchased elsewhere. The rest of the store was neatly organized in the traditional B&N fashion. Everything listed at the top of the bookshelves making it easy for you to find what you were looking for or maybe you'll stumble upon a book you never knew you needed. Either way, this location will suit you just fine.

My daughter and I love to read. She is more of a reader than I am. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly store worker. My daughter was given a a books a million gift card. The truth is she has had it for a while. There is a series that she is reading called the uglies and she is obsessed. She suggested that we go get it from Books a million since she had the gift card, so off we went. They have comic books and my daughter was so happy when she saw that! It was great to see her face light up. They also had the entire uglies series, as that is what we set out for. I looked around while gave my daughter some space! So much to choose from!!! Did I mention the two ladies were super sweet, helpful and patient. I was trying to let my daughter have her "independence" and pay for everything on her own. I'm an adult that has a job (and I like to think I look like it) however the employees there made me feel like a criminal when I was in there. There was staff all around the store on a Sunday morning watches us like hawks. It was very off-putting and uncomfortable, it didn't make me want to look at anything in the store. To make a long story short they lost my entire order. How? They accidentally, or mistakenly gave it to someone else. Merry Christmas to them! I had to wait about 45 minutes between the time they figured all this out and while they re-shopped for my stuff. It was hot, but thank God for air conditioning. If we senior citizens with health problems have things like this happen very often we might want to explore other shopping options?
