The one on the half a head dummy looked beautiful, ok my description of the display may not be selling it to you but it was a really pretty and unusual looking piece of jewellery. This shop is probably more mother of the bride by looking at the outfits on display. They do have a good range of accessories, from fasinators, handbags, scarfs and jewellery. The ladies were very helpful and the lady who initially served me got the necklace from the shop window for me. It was a little more than I would have liked to have spent but it really was pretty and would go perfectly with my outfit. So next time you're in Hamilton ladies have a wee look. It does feel very intimate as it's a small sized shop but it's very brightly lit and you can see in through the window display, so I would window shop first before heading in. By the way there's no way you'll get 'Madonna Voguing' here, a wee disappointed but I'll get over it. I just keep it all in my head instead. Vogue!

I entered this store today with items for an exchange, i approached a member of staff who was…read moredirectly in front of me, i explained in a very friendly manner that my friend had bought me some items for my hen doo which is tomorrow, but none of the items fit me properly (a denim type dress and a small top), i explained i had no receipt however the items still had tags on etc.. and i wasn't looking for a refund but, if possible could i exchange for another item?. the member of staff basically looked me up and down and told me in a very short manner that * no we don't do that here*. however i have exchanged items in the past without proof of purchase but with tags on. as i've had a very hard day mentally i didn't want to argue and instead said it was fine, i would look for something else and just pay for it on my own without an exchange. i took my pram around a part of the clothing to look at some items, when i noticed this member of staff following me, she then approached another member of staff and began speaking about me, clearly she thought she was whispering, but she wasn't doing a very good job of it.. as someone who has worked in retail on and off for the last 16 years or so i found this to be ridiculous, and also incredibly embarrassing, i immediately walked out the shop trying not to cry because it made me feel so terrible, and emotionally i don't think i could have handled the confrontation. i ended up going to another clothing store where i purchased something for my day tomorrow. i hope that in writing this it might mean a look at customer service in this particular store. the girl was about 5'4 with long dark hair and glasses. i'm not sure if i will return to that particular store to shop because i don't want to be judged for no reason.

They also have some boots and slippers for sale at the moment. The Layout is not great its quite cramped and sometimes you can't get past the puschairs. The prices are good but sometimes you pay for what you get. The queue can be really long and somtimes it feels understaffed.

There are only half a dozen shops or thereabouts. Inside though, it's clean, tidy and well lit. There are some cracking shops inside including a great WH Smith, Marks and Spencers, Early Learning Centre, Millets, Thortons and The Body Shop. There are also a few phone shops and game shops. There is also a really good wee cafe in here, The Capocci Man. Spent alot of time in here recently, having travelled over to Hamilton alot to visit the excellent sports complex.

Clothes shops, cafes, game stores and even a massive Woolworths, but most of that has gone now, leaving Hamilton shoppers with a costa, a few pound shops, a Wilkinsons, and a New Look. The only good thing going for this place is Marks and Spencer's. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star review despite it sounding like it deserves 1 is because I still love the place. On a Saturday afternoon, the amount of characters you see in here is great and I badly wish this place could return to it's former glory. Damn it economy!

The store is small but has enough space to look around and stocks a nice range of baby and toddler clothes with pretty dresses and nice outfits for boys. They also have some tights and socks. The staff are always on hand to help and very approachable the prices are reasonable for pretty clothing. A must visit shop for that special outfit or for a present for a new arrival. Although the shop is tiny, it does stock quite an extensive range of clothing for babies and is all the more special because it stocks items you won't find everywhere else. There is a costume for every occasion and here in Lanarkshire that's a pretty niche market, there aren't many reputable fancy dress shops and Dazzle certainly filled that void. At Halloween, this shop is literally stowed out and if you leave it till the last minute, chances are you will be waiting in queues for at least a couple of hours, if you're lucky. Fancy dress isn't a cheap business so expect to pay quite a bit for some impressive looking, but actually very cheaply made costumes. This is par for the course when buying any prepackaged fancy regalia. However, you really can get everything in here from sailors to witches, bumble bee's to Wonder Woman and everything in between. They also sell the bits and bobs to go with them like the ridiculously high stiletto boots and shoes, petticoats, hats, masks and face-paints. You could spend hours in here just browsing. My personal favourite costume is the Foreplay Seven Seas Seductress pirate costume which would turn a few heads. The downside? It's 99.00. Fantastic for your fancy dress needs and wants, but expect to pay a pretty penny.

It was the…read moreworst quality outfit i have ever bought. it was cheap nylon material, so thin you could spit peas through it (as my mum would say). From the minute she put it on it started to fall apart, the 'decorative trim' pretty much fell off in my hand as i put it on her. I paid nearly 30 pounds for this outfit for a 5 year old child (i must have been out of my mind) and let me tell you, i have since gone to Sainsburys and bought the same dressing up outfit which was much nicer material and it was much better made, better still it cost me half the price!!! I did attempt to broach this subject with the manager of Dazzle, but she was extremely unhelpful and refused to replace the outfit (i didn't ask for a refund, all i wanted was a replacement or a repair, but i was refused either). I will NEVER use this store again, it is over priced (i also bought a Moshi Monster toy for my daughter, then later found it down the road in Argos for 5 pounds cheaper), the outfits are badly made and made of very cheap material, i could have sewn one myself and it would have held together better - i wish i had and the manager was very unhelpful and rude!! I would have written this review earlier, but my daughter has been unwell in hospital. I just hope no one has been ripped off by the over priced and bad quality outfits due to my delay in writing this.
