Drawers are push to open, it took me forever to figure out but it's a clever mechanic! And of course, what comic store would be complete without a MTG section? They've got benches and card mats in the back :) so get your Black Lotus on. There's something here for everyone and if you're having trouble the staff will gladly assist! A bit too cool for downtown Blue Ridge, honestly, but I'm really glad it's here. Hopefully it becomes a permanent fixture to the area as the town expands and generates more tourism, it would suck to see a place as cool as this go out of business because of a lack of traffic, which I'm afraid of!

These folks are sweet as pie and tell you that they are "grateful for your business" as you leave the store. And 1% of every purchase goes to charity. Be still, my heart! We stopped in while we were in town for Thanksgiving so there were a lot of Christmas themed gifts. Fun and witty ornaments aplenty, including an adorable stuffed unicorn that I regret not purchasing for myself. There were several brands of candles that all smelled heavenly, including my personal favorite candle the Capri Blue Volcano. I was surprised to see that scent came not just in the traditional blue jar, but also red and green to match Christmas decor. These candles aren't cheap, mind you, but they are so worth it! They offer lots of different hats and apparel, all of which either local, supporting local or just saying something witty. "Nature is calling and I must go", "Life is an Adventure" or "Happy Camper" are all sayings you'll see amongst the various items. Everything was of great quality and would make for excellent gifts or personal use. As a dog mom, I fully appreciated their dog section. Yes, you read that right. They have an entire section of the store catering to dog moms and dads. Yes, there are some cat items in there as well, but mostly dogs because dogs are awesome. Amiright? Tea towels, travel cases, picture frames, coffee mugs, etc. Plenty of gifts and fun items for those of us with fur babies. My favorite was a design by Blue Q that read "People I want to meet: 1. Dogs" They had a ton of homewares downstairs, so don't forget to visit down there if you're looking to add some cute accents to your home!

There's something that unique in every corner each Booth is owned by a different person. So you're going to find all kinds of cool stuff I actually found a really nice necklace. There's a lot to see in here so take your time. Lots of free parking in the front of the building. We didn't make it across the street but I heard it's cool over there too you can buy lots of packages to make bread and cornbread and other baked goods.

This three-story building is loaded with a little bit of everything and has something for everyone. Nancy found a unique vintage choker-style necklace for about $30 and I found two piano books, one for $5 and the other for $8.95. In my opinion many of the items here are overpriced but there are deals to be had; just not for what I was shopping for. The sellers would not give me a better deal on the books even though I'm probably the only one in the great state of GA that wanted them. I was actually trying to purchase a third book Beethoven Sonatas Book II, but they wanted nearly $30 for it. I could care less that it was old (vintage), I just wanted the material for study. I can buy the Henle version of this book (best quality of music book made) for the same price this Black Friday, so that was a solid NO for that purchase. Staff were friendly and the store was kept orderly. Items were displayed in a logical manner and I did not have to do a lot of digging to find what I was looking for. There are multiple sellers in the store so you might find something such as sports related items in more than one place so be sure to walk all three floors if you have time. We were in a bit of a hurry so we only had about 30 minutes to shop on this visit. I could have easily looked around for another 30 minutes or more. Several rooms filled with gorgeous bohemian clothing. I could have melted a credit card! The quality was excellent and priced much more reasonably than my usual boutiques back in my favorite hippy town in Ohio. And, this place offers a much larger selection of items as well as true sizing. There is a clearance room where all items were $10. I found the perfect dress for my son's upcoming wedding. There is also a room for plus size women which is rare back in yellow springs. The clerk working was very friendly and helpful. I hope this store will consider an online store, I would be a frequent buyer.

It is a small store and it can feel a little claustrophobic in here if its busy but it's still worth the visit if you are in town. The store is on the main strip where all the action is in Helen; however, it's a bit further away from the chaos so there are lulls in people traffic coming into the store.
