I called twice to ask if it was ok to drop off welcome bags for them to hand out as guests arrive both a month before the wedding and the day before the wedding. Both managers told me no problem... we do this all the time. I dropped off 25 bags the day the guests arrived. The manager was kind and pleasant. Then 6 days later they billed the groom for $163.00. Charging him $5 per bag 22% gratuity and sales tax. We called to dispute the charge the manger was very rude, refused to work with me, threatened to Charge a member of the wedding parties credit card and then hung up on me. You can't charge people for something they asked about three times to two different managers, and no one told me our other witnesses there was a charge. Not even willing to reduce the charge. If they knew there was a charge, why did they let me leave the hotel without getting my credit card information or collecting a fee. They knew I wasn't staying there. It makes no sense. Don't book with them.

The next day upon our arrival we had a last minute change of plans, because the room had a very limited direct ocean view and weather was going to be raining the whole time, so a balcony or direct ocean front view was a must. Kim was kind enough that she showed us 3 other alternatives available and offered us a full refund if we didn't like any. So we went somewhere else but the little tour we took and all the little amenities, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the pool, the bed in the room, jacuzzi bathtub, breakfast place, everything looked prestige!!!

Did I mention the private gazebo w/ 2 chairs, a short walk to the sandy beach? We stayed in room #3, 'Summer Garden' complete w/ a balcony facing the ocean. Breakfast was perfect, it was nice to order & not to settle for the host's 'creation', as in many B&B's. On the second morning Erika & Rachele served us breakfast, Rachele is from Maine & Erika is from RI. Erica does a perfect 'moon walk'! So much fun reminiscing about Maine. This could very well be the best B&B in the area Looking forward to seeing you all again!! xoxo

Rented a car but didn't want to pay an arm and leg for oceanfront parking (plus again), left my clothes in the dryer not to mention my favorite sweatshirt and the staffed mailed it to me (best gift of all)...extra towels on demand, clean and spacious room, and family friendly atmosphere...I didn't get a chance to check out the gym but I did enjoy the ice cream and coffee bar on the main level...on site pier restaurant and lounge are clutch for a late night. Easy decision...yes I would indeed stay again if visiting Cocoa Beach. Thanks again Hilton staff to everyone who was working.

Room 719 was nice, although who puts the coffee and fridge behind the sliding bathroom door. Speakman shower head and lots of hot water make for a nice shower. The bad... since you can't control ignorant guests that let the heavy doors slam, the hotel needs to figure out how to stop it. They slammed all night long. The beach... Hilton has a huge parking lot this is open to the public for $25. The influx of people that would otherwise beach at the Motel 6, was never ending. Suitcase size radios with competing music was exhausting. Pool.. nice that it was heated in March and the splash pad is thoughtful. The actual pool area is small, chairs are tired. Beach bar .. nice view, lousy drinks. Overall a costly and enormously disappointing weekend.

I have no issues with any staff I interacted with. All were friendly and professional. Breakfast was also a good experience. However the issues with the room will make me never stay at this property again. Room #516: Window treatments totally broken. A bucket sized "Damprid" left in the TV console and overflowing onto the floor/wet carpet. No coffee cups. Floor with visible trash/business cards from previous guest. Outlets in nightstand and desk so lose/old/cheap they can't hold a plug. All pillows look new but are a cheap/institutional foam core that made restful sleeping impossible. Bath tub missing the drain stopper. Recessed light in bathroom with burnt out bulb and/or broken. At a midweek/off season rate of $115 plus tax. Around $90.00 would be more appropriate for such a dumpy room. Any response from the hotel telling me to contact Hilton directly is a total copout...
