These rooms are extremely spacious and the couch can also be used as an extra bed . Check in and check out was fast and efficient , this hotel also has breakfast which is also a plus . I brought my dog along and the hotel is dog friendly with a few attached fee . But he loved it too , he was very comfortable. If you are ever in the area or happen to pass through . Stop at Hyatt place you won't regret it .

They have on the go breakfast and coffee is available at all times. I believe this hotel does not have a pool. They also have vending machines for snacks on the first floor. I highly recommend if you are in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area, this is the place I'm booking.

The rooms have a stove top and full fridge, so you'd think there'd be some utensils, cups, plates.... guess again.... nothing. But I did have a chopping board. Eneded up buying cooking pans, utensils, knifes, plates, cups all to just leave it there at the hotel. Great. Overall, it served its purpose as a nice extended stay place. It was very secure, which was nice, plus a decent location. The laundry center only takes quarters and the front desk didn't have enough change to cover the cost of a wash and dry cycle so that was an adventure to find quarters. Other than that, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and super helpful with recommendations. It would be nice to know before booking that this hotel doesn't offer any sort of cookware or basic essentials. I would stay at this brand again now having some experience.

Literally across from home is a Sprouts market which is a somewhat boutique type grocery store with "better" brands. Great to grab sandwiches, chips, and toiletries as wanted. You don't need to leave property. Also Walmart hidden to West and little items like Popeyes and Hooters easily walked within 5 minutes. The hotel continues to impress. Breakfast is most chain like and very boring. But it's included and you can make waffle or grab what appears to be powered type eggs and sausage patty. This would be a cool venue to have local vendor come in on weekend to offer specialty food, coffees or sweets at additional cost to visitors. It would be cool to share space for a couple hours to allow guests to experience the areas cuisine.

They even upgraded our group to suites and put us together on same floor. Stayed for one night before our cruise so we were not needing or expecting a perfect or awesome brand new hotel. But it was clean and nice and ac worked great. My TA suggested to us to try this hotel as she stayed here before and it was really good. And she was right. And there are a lot of businesses close and in walking distance like IHOP, CVS, Ron Jon surf shop and the beach access is right behind the hotel with a short 3-5 min walk. I will stay here again my next trip to Coco Beach.

I received a $20 voucher to use at the bar/restaurant/gift shop! This place is so clean, well kept, and such a VIBE! The room was spotless! Soft beds and pillows! The room had complimentary toiletries such as sanitizing hand wipes, makeup remover wipes, plenty of towels and rags, a BROOM AND DUSTPAN for the sand you bring in (an absolutely amazing touch in my opinion!), full wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower! The pool area was so great! Not just a normal pool, but a lazy river with 3 water falls, and a very shallow end for the small babies/tanning moms! Corn hole boards set up and ready for competition, jumbo connect 4 & Jenga tower, tiki umbrellas and colorful Adirondack loungers waiting for the next chill, outdoor eating areas, a FULL walk up bar WITH a great menu for lunch and snacks! (Piña Colada by bartender Kayla was SPOT ON!!!). Also at 7pm the huge Jumbotron screen by the pool played the Minions movie and allowed for everyone to hear it and see it from the pool or anywhere outside your room! I was even able to do a load of laundry at the laundry area! Let's race to the full breakfast Buffett, full with fresh cooked eggs, sausage, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, bread, bagels, croissants, make your own waffle(add sprinkles!), cereal, fruits, muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt bar, fresh hot coffee, and yummy juices! From the moment we checked in, everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The ladies at the front desk have been wonderful, and the housekeeping staff and beach chair attendant have been just as fantastic! One of the things that makes this place so special is its charm and homey atmosphere. They even have two beautiful resident dogs named Lucy and Lily, along with two parrots on the property! Such a unique and adorable touch that makes this inn stand out from your typical hotel. Another lovely perk is their nightly wine and cheese social from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. It's such a nice way to unwind after a day at the beach! They also have coffee and hot tea available throughout the day, which is a thoughtful touch. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There is definitely enough space for one, so I'm not quite sure why they aren't provided. Having a refrigerator would make the stay even more convenient, especially when spending several days at the beach. One of the highlights of our stay is that tomorrow morning, there's a rocket launch scheduled at Cape Canaveral at 6:33 a.m., and we'll be able to watch it right from our balcony! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful gluten free egg quiche with bacon and cheese or spinach and feta. We loved the fresh carrot and coconut muffins (those were not gluten free). We stayed in room 33, with the ocean view. There was an elevator! The ocean is a2 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this cute, quaint, charming hotel. We will definitely return.

This part of the coast is my favorite: very peaceful.) We stayed here the week before Christmas and saw dolphins every day from our kitchen and bathroom windows. Then we went down to the lovely outdoor couches that overlook the ocean and saw dolphins from there. Our room had a full kitchen, and it was supplied with utensils and mugs and plates--everything we could need. It also had a microwave and a fancy coffee maker with those little pods. We don't drink coffee usually, but my husband had one and said it was good. If you like a cup of anything, have it on the outdoor couches! That is the most divine place to relax. (I had many cups of tea there.) The sky is kept very dark at night along this part of the coast, so the star-watching is superb. I would love to be here during a sky event, like a meteor shower or even a full moon! But it was wonderful just looking at the stars in that vast expanse of pitch darkness. The owners were very kind and personable. Before we got there, I had a problem with my credit card due to attempted fraud, but they were very patient in letting me change cards (twice as it happened). I'm so glad we didn't lose our reservation. I loved how simple it was checking in and out--just dealing with people instead of a corporation (even though a company does the actual reservation and financial stuff).
