Above and beyond! I had an emergency that requires a Hawaiian shirt immediately. The team at the store bent the rules and let me take a shirt that was perfect for my occasion, off the rack! I work in the service industry and this is amazing customer service. They now have a regular customer (first time shopper there) and will recommend to all my peers. read more

Jacob was so knowledgeable and helpful with my boyfriends search for a specific pair of pants! Great experience in this store. Glad we stopped in would highly recommend read more

I came here to shop for formal clothing with my boyfriend and had a great experience! The sales associate, Jacob S, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us style the perfect outfit for my boyfriend. He was very attentive and thoughtful with his choices. Would definitely recommend coming from here if you want a great experience with a more reasonable price! read more

I ordered the dark green sweater with the bee on it because it was unique and seemed like a good fit. I expected way more on the quality for a sweater that costs $128. I like tight fighting clothes so I ordered an XS, however this fits bulky like a medium. The quality is also very much like an awkward bulky fit that you get when you buy a sweater from Champion. Very disappointed and many comment that the fit is too big. I cannot return it because I put it through the washer and dryer hoping it would shrink and fit better, it did not. I won't be taking any chances with buying from Bonobos any time soon. read more

This shop won't sell you anything in store, must be an online purchase. This location is just the showroom.

LOUSY online customer service. Their 800 number never responds during posted available hours. Their chat link is never available. And if you ask for a PW reset email, the site says it's sent an email link but it never arrives in your inbox. NOTE: I'm reviewing only the online shop, not this or any other branch store. And I'm not reviewing the merchandise because I've only bought some pants, which I like, and some tees, which I'm returning because they're overpriced for what they are. read more

Just the best! Absolutely love Bonobos and the staff can't wait to purchase more pants

Organized store with friendly staff. Had to figure out the right fit for me and Sam did a great job helping me out. Positive experience, recommend! read more

One of those stupid order and ship stores. Waste of time commuting just to order it and wait for shipping. Employees also sucked and had a stink ass attitude besides the girl working there. read more

Poorly made clothes, low quality. Dye washes off first time the item is laundered, item color then very different. I'm very dissatisfied with customer service. read more

The shopping experience at the Bonobos SoHo shop was fantastic! The store is clean and well organized. Alexis made it even better. He is knowledgeable and has a great attitude and demeanor. I felt welcome, comfortable, and valued as a customer during the entire visit. Edited: I've now purchased several more items. Due to the number of fits and sizes available this is as close as you can get to custom clothing without spending much more. So pleased! Feel free to direct message me if you'd like a referral and discount code! read more

Ms. Beatrice did an excellent job of outfitting me with a comfortable dress shirt, and slacks that I will wear for my brother's wedding. I like Bonobos' approach of letting you try on the clothes in the store and then they order it for you online, saving money for both the store and customer. They show ingenuity in an age of declining brick-and-mortar businesses. read more

First time waking into this shop and had a great 15 minute experience. Customer service was excellent. They have representatives that will help and guide you to find the fit you like. They aren't all up in your face and give you your time to decide what you like. I'm pretty thin, and it's really hard to find a good fitting jacket and pants but Bonobos definitely has that modern, slim fit style that fits all. It's not a custom shop but their clothing has a custom feel to it. Definitely will be buying something here in the future! read more

Evan and Crystal were a huge help last week! I was running low on chinos and tried on a pair in each fit, and they were all great! Best pair of chinos I've ever tried on. read more

Great clothing, especially if you shop during a sale. The pants are comfortable and fit well. Really nice ties too. Return/exchange policy is excellent. I did not have an appointment, but Lindsey at the Crosby St. store was very helpful in making an exchange. If the prices were a little more modest, I would give five stars. read more

This store is great for moderately priced men's clothing. Beatrice was very very kind and helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. Would highly recommend if you're looking in the 50-150 price point! read more

I love Bonobos. I love their jeans and slim fit clothing. If you are tired of clothes that don't fit well or too baggy and are slim/athletic this is the place for you. I love their shirts too. read more

Rudest employees and worst retail experience I've ever witnessed. Apparently this street front shop is by appt only. Fine, but anyone can walk in off the street unlike their Chelsea store. First, two of the women that work in there completely ignored my friend and me while they chatted away with each other. Then the older woman who finally helped had a truly despicable and snide attitude, belittling and giving smart answers back to me for normal questions that I had. Great way to get your customers to come back bonobos, most guys really enjoy being treated with utter disrespect by vapid employees. read more

I don't know what I just experienced. The store is in a semi-isolated location, away from all the other clothing stores on Broadway. The store itself looks very, very old, matching my impression of the door outside. And when I came in, the employee asked me if I'd ever shopped there before - I said no. She then said it was an e-commerce company, that they measure me there and ship clothing to me. I wasn't sure what this meant - did they not have anything my size for me to try on? Because I certainly wasn't going to order anything without trying it on to test the fit. The employee who initially talked to me was mopping when she spoke to me and continued to do so - I wasn't really sure if they were going to help me further or not. I did a quick walk through of the store and left. I'm still confused... read more

The girls in this shop are ALWAYS so helpful every time I go in to try things on. They have such a great fashion sense and can help you with anything & will give you their honest opinion. I'll always come here for my clothes ! read more

Had a great experience here last week. Walked it, was helped right away from extremely nice lady. She explained how it works clearly and I found lots of clothes that fit perfectly, ordered them, then got them at home 3 days later. Clothes that arrived fit exactly as they did in the store, and I got 20 percent off my order! I've been waiting for a place like this that makes buying clothes (which I hate) so easy. I will be back! Thank you! read more

Okay, so it's a showroom. I get that. And that's not the problem. Please practice manners, genuine manners. 1991 J.Crew knockoff style with waspy attitude. And at these prices I assume the guide comes with? Do yourself a favor stay home with a copy of the Vineyard Vines catalog. read more

My husband got his tuxedo jacket from Bonobos and we loved the experience. Ashley R. was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped him find the perfect jacket and style it just the way he wanted. He felt very comfortable because of the friendly yet professional assistance he received. He received so many compliments on our wedding day and he looked like a million bucks :) Bonobos also has a great return/exchange policy. Thank you for helping us! read more

Went in during lunch break on Saturday without appointment and was quickly attended to. The process was explained that the store is for trying things on for size and to see color and fabric. From there you order online. Service for me was excellent and polite. I left satisfied. read more

The sales people were somewhat dismissive. It made the experience less then enjoyable. Once I received the suit that I picked, in the style and fabric I wanted, the fit and look just didn't work. The return and getting my money back was easy. Just not a whole lot of "guiding" took place. In the end a smile and a hello go a long way. read more

Horrible people, possibly great clothes, but as we were in essence thrown out into the rain I don't advise going...this is SOHO, people, you are going to get walk-ins! We were treated as if we were the lowest of peons, and told that as "people with appointments"were on the premises we were not welcome in the establishment. The woman at the front door was so focused on her iPad she could not be bothered with mere customers, apart from throwing us out. Someone please send her to the Ritz Carlton charm school course, there is a way to warmly ask could you come back later and then there is her way...evicting us. Here are two very well heeled potential customers who will never buy from Bonobos! read more
