Just as an example, he traveled to a remote Irish Mill he discovered that was making wool fabrics in a way that impressed him. So he went out there to check out their work and process before bringing their products back for his shop. He worked with me for hours until we got the perfect pants for me. He must have went through a dozen pairs before he got it just right for my body type. The best part was that I never felt like I burden. It felt like he just wanted me to get into a pair of pants that I truly loved. And I ending up walking out with two pairs of pants that I can't wait to wear. I won't buy pants from anyone else.

I did not want to spend an entire afternoon/ early evening culling through racks and racks of clothes for my size in my style/design. I cannot survive hours of culling. There are major brand names as Michael Kors, Tahari, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Longchamp, Vince, and Versace. Price is reasonable as anticipated for 2025 inflation era. Customer service is non-existent with the exception of check-out counter.
