She was very thorough explaining what they do and the pricing. The pricing was very fair and scheduling was very easy and convenient to my schedule. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. He suggested I add the rug protector as liquids and stains come right up, don't damage the rugs and kept them cleaner. My rugs all look like new, were deodorized and left smelling really fresh. I also had George clean my white tile foyer (which I hate) with grout that was formerly white and was now brown.
