I've been going to bone Sweet Bone for years now for my two maltipoos. Every time they've been nicely groomed and smells so good and they call me appropriately to pick them up so they don't have to stay there too long thanks, Laura H.

Amazing work by Oscar on 5.4.2024
Victoria R.

Once again an amazing haircut. This time I was lucky to get his groomer name and it's Oscar. He did an amazing job with his poodle feet and poodle face shave. Can't be happier with him. I feel awful because I didn't tip right this last visit but we are regular so I'll make sure I get a better tip for Oscar next time. Once again recommend if you have a standard poodle and want to keep a semi classic look on your dog. The staff there is also very friendly!

Her anal bleeding

1st time I took her to this place. After I picked her up found out her anal is bleeding. It is frustrating for me. I guess this is from anal gland expression but we did it so many times in difference groomers. It never ever happened. They should be more professional.

Took my boys here for daycare, days prior i've sent vaccine records to them thru email, staff are friendly and the place looks clean, they understood my concern about my older furry boy and they assured me they'll keep eye on him.Everytime we picked up our boys we noticed that they are very thirsty and tired,i just assumed that they were having a good time playing at the daycare.I hope they'll have cameras on play areas so we can view our boys anytime.Thank you to all the staff who took care of my boys.

I thought they were insinuating that it was his fault so I assured them that I only feed him the food brands from their store. And they actually recommended that I euthanize him! So I took him to the vet I've taken him to for years and they recommended the same thing! The stomach virus went away in a couple days!!!! It was so sad because they usually love jack, and he was getting so acquainted with all the dogs! And the grooming is great!! Now I'm afraid to go back. :( And I found out that the same brands they offer are cheaper at other stores!!

They showed me around the store and gave my pup a few sample treats hehe! Thank you! Beautiful, clean, and big space. They have tons of treat and food options. They also sell goat milk in the fridge, goat milk cookies, collagen puffs, and so much more natural, organic, and unique brands that I've not come across before. Cute merchandise too to dress up your dog or get doggie home supplies! Great return policy. If you don't like anything just come back and return/ exchange. I don't think you need to show them a receipt as they will have your order history in their system if you sign up for their free membership. I've not tried their grooming or day care but there were a lot of cute doggies getting this service so it seems those services are very popular!

What really stood out was their transparency -- they walked me through the entire adoption process and were upfront about the fees, which I truly appreciated. Wagmor has a wonderful variety of dogs, from puppies to older dogs, so I'm confident anyone can find their perfect furry companion here. To address the complaints I've seen about fees -- I want to reassure anyone on the fence that the fees are actually very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care these animals receive. Yes, some are pure breeds, but they are still rescues, and it's important to go in understanding that they may come with some form of trauma. That's part of opening your heart and home to a rescue. If you're looking to add a four-legged family member to your life, look no further than Wagmor. Stella has already stolen my heart, and I have Wagmor to thank for that!

I debated whether or not to leave a review because I do believe what Wagmor Pets is doing comes…read morefrom a genuine place of wanting to help animals. That said, I feel it's important to share my experience honestly. I started following Wagmor on Instagram after seeing that she had Shih Tzu puppies coming in. We spoke on the phone, and she explained that the puppies were being transported from the Midwest, likely from an Amish breeder. At the time of our conversation, the puppies had not yet arrived and were not physically in her care yet. She sent me photos and explained that she required a $500 deposit to hold a puppy, with the remaining balance bringing the total to $1500. She also stated that if I met the puppy and felt it wasn't the right fit, she would refund the money. I understood wanting a deposit, but before sending payment, I simply asked if we could FaceTime or do a video call once the puppies arrived so I could see the dog in real time. She said that wasn't a problem and she should have them sometime the following day although they may not come in until the middle of the night. She then sent over invoices and asked that I pay them immediately. I explained that I wanted to wait until the next day, after seeing the puppy via FaceTime, before finalizing anything. I never said I didn't want the dog - only that I wanted to see her first. Her response felt abrupt and somewhat snarky, saying " Oh, OK I wouldn't have sent you the invoices then normally we send the invoice and People pay immediately. I'll delete them." I clarified that I assumed the invoices were sent ahead of time so I'd be prepared if everything felt right after seeing the puppy. At that point, she responded saying she would cancel the invoices because she "had someone else interested anyway," and then blocked me on Instagram. The entire interaction felt pretty normal up to that point - very strange and unnecessarily hostile to block me. I understand rescues and adopters both need to protect themselves, but being blocked simply because I hesitated to immediately pay for a dog that hadn't even arrived yet felt extremely unprofessional. Even if that puppy ultimately wasn't the right fit for me, that doesn't mean I wouldn't have adopted another dog through her rescue or supported the organization with donations in the future. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did, but unfortunately mine left me disappointed and uncomfortable.

The first couple times we used Sitter4Paws we had a really great experience with the sitters that were assigned to our senior, diabetic cat. Last year, my mother unexpectedly passed away, and our regular cat sitter was unavailable for half of the trip home. We booked Sitter4Paws the second half of the trip, and let them know about the circumstances and requested sitters that had seen Jodie before so that we could rest easy during a very difficult time. Of course we know that can't always be accommodated due to scheduling, so for the first visit a new sitter came to see Jodie. On the evening of my mother's passing, we got a text from Sitter4Paws that the sitter felt he may have made a mistake with our cat's insulin dosage. It was revealed to us that instead of giving her her normal 2.25 unit dose, he gave her 22.5 units - ignoring the taped off/labeled syringes, our explicit written instructions in the app, and additional photos/diagrams of what a full syringe should look like. Thank god he realized his mistake, otherwise our cat would have slowly died alone in our apartment - and this would have happened immediately after losing my mom. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact that a sitter was uncertain with potentially life-threatening medication if administered improperly and didn't even think to reach out to us first was quite shocking. Sitter4Paws took full responsibility, admitted their mistake, said they would take steps to make sure something like this would never happen again, and covered her 4 day ER stay, but it never should have gotten to that point. Again - we did have great sitters who took care of our cat wonderfully - but the uncertainty of who you can get especially with medication involved means that we can no longer recommend this service with confidence.
