My experience has been different than what the Sales man told me would happen. I was told they would call when they were on their way. Shortly after 9am I had not received any calls so I called Dan and he was going to check. 30 min later, nothing from Dan so called Megan and left a message because she doesn't come in until 10am. I finally spoke with Megan and she had no idea where their crew was. 1045ish, received call from their crew. He said that they had an emergency call to another house (to flir scope it??). Called Dan to let him know and he said that the house that they had gone to was scheduled after mine. The crew finally showed up at 1130am. They were professional and did a good job. My Biggest concern about this company, which will prevent me from calling on them again and recommending them is their communication. They were 2.5hrs late for our appointment and didn't have the courtesy to call. Now I am still waiting for a call back for some sort of compensation for the wasted time...
