Erica and her staff were able to help me through the process of creating a custom pendant, and they were so personable and accommodating throughout the process. The piece came out beautifully; it was exactly what I wanted, and fit my expected budget. Most importantly, my girlfriend (now fiancè) loves the necklace I was so pleased with the necklace that I went back for an engagement ring, and that turned out perfectly as well! My fiancè was over the moon!! Erica and her staff did such a good job and went above and beyond for me on several occasions (such as being flexible with meeting times to accommodate my crazy schedule). I came in by myself and fell in LOVE with a unique 24 carat gold and sterling silver vintage ring. I wasn't ready to make the purchase but I was not hard-sold or threatened that it might be gone. When I returned with my daughter, her sister and sister-in-law to be, to look at wedding bands, I asked to see the ring I'd fallen in love with again. Daniel offered a description of how the ring looked on me that resonated so well, I simply HAD to have it. And I absolutely LOVE my ring!! Daniel was so much fun to spend time with. He indulged a lot of fantasy trying-on of "dream" jewelry, which turned an experience that could have been very boring for everyone other than the bride-to-be, into an exploration for all. I strongly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for unique, high quality pieces presented in an atmosphere of understated elegance and professional service. Next time I'm in Houston, I'll be back and will be sure to ask for Daniel!

Remarkable experience start to finish…read more This was my first experience at Zadok and it will not be the last. We came in for a few reasons, quite differently. One, a simple watch battery replacement. The other, a well-deserved wedding ring upgrade. Battery replacement had a few hiccups but solved and fine. Yeah, we might have bought another Cartier the same day. Let's talk about the ring experience. Our Ambassador, Kristi Patricia, was amazing. Her knowledge and dedication to our experience was remarkable. We met for a consultation where we discussed my wife's wants, expectations and desires. It was a personal, special experience. After showing us some samples, she then went on a 2-3 week search for a stone that fit. When we returned, she nailed it. Every stone was brilliant. And my wife picked her stone. A few weeks later and we had a new stone in a new setting. Magnifique! All that matters is, my wife loves her new ring and we owe it to Kristi and the Zadok Family. Customer for life.

I contacted Gil to see if it would be possible to recreate them. The engagement ring was designed and created by them, so they still had my information on file and had the CAD drawings etc. Gil responded to my email the same evening, and within a week he had obtained comparable stones for us to look at. As always his selections were perfect, beautiful stones. A couple weeks later they recreated the original rings with great precision. It was unfortunate circumstance that brought us to Rice Village Diamonds this time, but it is always a pleasure to do business with them.
