Lots of memories of my Grandmother taking me here in her old dark blue Monte Carlo (The car with ash trays still built into the doors). There's a lot more items added to the menu, but my go-to's are still the slaw dogs and fries. West Virginia slaw dogs are hotdogs topped with coney sauce, minced coleslaw, and mustard. Delicious. Nobody makes them better. Nobody. My brother and I stopped here shortly after we buried my Grandmother to relive some nostalgia from our childhood and dedicate one more Parkway dog to her. Our server was attentive, and very kind. We were a little scatter brained, so I appreciated her patience. The building has changed a little, and it now has indoor seating, but it's still the same old food. By the way, the mozzarella sticks here are amazing. I don't know what else they deep fry in their grease, but the sticks came out with a hint of sweetness to them, almost like they were hand battered in donut mix. It was a delight to the taste-buds. I started off with an American Trilogy cocktail and loved it; it was surprisingly smooth and easy to drink while being flavorful.
