Easy place to go to right off the beach! They are super friendly, and though busy, have always found a table for us.

I stayed in this area of Mallorca in a nearby hotel, and went here purely out of convenience…read morebecause it's right near the beach. (We gave this place a chance despite the very generic name, because it's one of the only places in the immediate area that didn't have a German theme. It seems that this area of Palma is very German... and there aren't many/any? authentic Mallorcan style restaurants as you find downtown or elsewhere on the island.) Anyways... the menu seems like they'd have some good options since we were craving fresh, local seafood, and some good drinks. Drinks - I wanted something with a little kick to it in hopes of getting a buzz before my return to the beach, so I went with the Mai Tai. It was possibly the weakest Mai Tai I've ever drank. I'd expect them to be a little more liberal with the pours for a ~10 or ~12 euro drink! Back home in the states, I never have this problem, so this was dissapointment #1. My wife ordered a frozen strawberry daquiri, which was overly sweet (again - not enough booze for what they charge), and gave her a stomach ache. Food - The server disappeared for a while after we ordered the drinks, so we had plenty of time to look over the menu. It was a decent size and many things sounded good, but the one thing we wanted to try most (the wings) were out of stock. This would have been nice to know and should have been mentioned when we were handed our menus. To avoid waiting another 15-20 mins, I immediately jumped to a back-up option of the chicken skewers with coconut chili sauce... chicken was dry, and the sauce was not flavorful. The patatas bravas were not bad, but not good either -- the sauce needed more spice/flavor. The Sunshine sushi roll was a joke. Literally 4 small pieces. Tasted OK, but such a tiny portion and not priced accordingly. The King prawns with avocado and tomato salad weren't that big. The prawns were tasty, but the avo/tomato salad was pathetic, no seasoning at all. Wouldn't come back, and don't recommend trying here to others either. Drive into downtown, or take your chance at one of the neighborhood German places I suppose.

We were a party of 6 and they took us upstairs through what felt like a maze of tables and parties enjoying wine and tapas. I already had fallen in love with the ambiance that felt cozy and intimate. We were seated and proceeded to order a ton of starters. One of the highlights were the oytsers which were dressed with shrimp, the pan con tomate, the burrata salad and the cochinillo main. Wow. That pork was divine, and we all agreed it was the star of the night. Our friendly server also recommended two different wines - a white from the area and a red. Both were great and perfect pairings with our meal. We ended with dessert which was torrejas and a homemade strawberry ice cream. I loved them both. Would definitely put this spot on your list when in Palma. It's in the walkable area of town so pop in and explore before and after.

I ordered the beef tartar which was highly recommended & this was a first for me. The flavors were out of this world & perfectly seasoned. I also tried the suckling pig (very juicy, nice crispy outside & tender inside with wonderful flavor) which sat on top of thinly sliced potatoes & came with a side salad. I was extremely satisfied & would love to go back to try other dishes. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent restaurant!

Used the Google Translate feature on my iPhone to read the menu in English as it was all in German. I ordered a chicken schnitzel with a pepper sauce and basmati rice. It was a flavorful meal and the chicken was crispy with a nice coating. My hubby decided on a cordon blu entree, which was a huge portion. He loved it, especially when he ordered an additional mushroom gravy to pour all over it. It's definitely a fun and active place as everyone was having a great time there!

We had determined that a good meal of a meat, potatoes and vegetables was hard to come by in Spain. Strange flavored meats and seafood seem to be the norm. Not that they were bad but just so foreign to our palates we left lots of food on the plate by end of every meal. Expensive and not to our taste was a common experience This place broke that string. Breaded veal, mashed potatoes with ample gravy (mushroom) and salad all for a great price. We could not have been happier. Polite and friendly, the staff were just right. The meal for 12 didn't take long and for the first time in Spain I ate everything on my plate...not easy to do because there was a lot of it and the price was a pleasant surprise. I have one year to go before being reassigned and I will be back here every time I come to Mallorca. I loved the place.
