The stylist I had took great care to ask me a number of questions about my hair and how I wanted to have it cut, taking great detail into each of the specific answers I gave. Honestly, a number of questions I didn't even have an answer for because I had never been asked before. I'm not one for small talk when I'm in the barber chair, and the stylist picked up on that extremely quickly and just let me breathe. Given how long my hair was when I came in, I came away extremely impressed with how my haircut turned out, and my beard looks great. The paraffin dip seemed a little silly, but feeling pampered was nice. The scalp, facial, neck and arm massage was enjoyable. I came in shortly after the CDC advised that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask, but brought a mask in anyway. Everyone working at the location was wearing masks and practicing proper guidelines to keep things clean. I was given the option of wearing or not wearing my mask. Given my vaccinated state, this seemed more than reasonable. Great experience. Not something I'll do every month when I need a haircut, but a nice treat.

Yep, super easy to work with this morning and still looked great. Perfect experience. And yes, still only $12. It's easy to tip big when a haircut only costs $12 and service is top notch. I made an appt ahead of time and got there a few min early - so she started a few min early as I was the first appt of the day. I was probably in the chair for 30 min as we talked through managing the rats' nest on top of my head. I'd say that's a long time for a guy's haircut. Only $12 for 30 min of quality haircut?
