After helping an injured pigeon, I treated the kids to frozen yogurt. Super clean and I loved how clean the toppings bar was. I had chocolate and Reese's PB yogurt plus cookie dough, crushed Oreo's, brownie bites, and chocolate syrup. The kids got their own cup and picked their own yogurt. I only helped w/ the toppings because I cannot stand kids that make a mess - because you know the majority of the parents do not clean it up. My selection was creamy and decadent. The toppings were fresh. I loved the cookie dough bites. I do not know how much they charge per ounce but I paid about $20 for 4 cups. My cup was the heaviest. I cannot wait to be a Texas resident!

Omg...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD…read more My husband and I call ourselves ordering from somewhere new. BIG MISTAKE. Seen this place on uber eats. Thought why not. The food gets here its season-less, hard, old, dry... just yuk. As you can see in the pictures, on my husband's fries they cut a non- Seasoned beef patty up into big pieces and just threw it on top of his ice cold fries. My husband handed me his food and asked me to go Doctor it up. I literally had to remake the fries and add some steak, seasoning, and more cheese for him to eat it. The bacon and whatever that is they call burger went in the trash. Oh my entire order of fries and my whole burger went in the trash too. I'm not eating this garbage. I just wasted $30. No way I order takeout and still end up cooking. Smh. Yeah this place definitely don't care about they customers, or food, they don't care about nothing and it shows.

Sooooo satisfying I…read morewas in the mood for soup and salad, so McAlister's it was! I hadn't been to this location in forever and made the stop on my way home. It was pretty empty when I went and the server (Lexis I believe?) was one of the coolest servers ever. The wait time between placing my order and picking it up to-go was basically nonexistent, but I had time to snap a few photos for this review from one of the comfy booths. By the time I got home, my cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup was still warm and my Club Sandwich just as tasty looking. Both totally satisfied my craving! The Club dipped in the Soup was amazing, but both were just as yummy on their own. The cheddar flavor of the Soup was sharp, and the vegetables on the club were fresh and crisp. I ended up saving half of my meal for later as it had such large portions! I'm not too sure why the overall Yelp rating at the time of this review is so low, but in all fairness I did not run into any issues myself. 5 Stars from me!

Today was my last day eating at a McAlister's…read more For starters the prices have gotten to a point of absurdity - a tea with a few splashes of puree is $7!!! For a cup!! A gallon of tea is $12+. If that's not bad enough they introduced a service fee when you order ahead using the app. The food quality has gone way down hill. Just in today's orders the broccoli and cheese soup was noticeably a lot more watery. I was given soggy, stale crackers - literally no crunch, just mush. And my brownie had a some strands of hair in it, so we're obviously not wearing hair nets (probably gloves either). And for the record that's not my hair type, color or length. The one positive was that the order was ready by the committed time so I can give a star for that but the totality of everything else is the reason I won't be returning.

I know they also visit some of the bigger condo developments like The Flats in Southtown. The two women who run it are great at what they do! Friendly and attentive. Last weekend, I ordered a chili dog, but they were missing Fritos (boo!), she told me and asked if I wanted a substition. I declined, and she said the next meal was on her. Sure enough, last weekend I visited them again with the intentions of buying my food, but she had remembered and gave me my order on the house without me asking at all. Now the food. I've got to say, the poutine fries and curds are awesome. The fries themselves are a little limp and not my favorite, but the cheese curds are spicy and to die for. Works well with the poutine. I wish you could order just the cheese curds with poutine and leave off the fries. They have a good variety of burgers and hot dogs including Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese, Guacamole, Mushroom Swiss, chili, Poblano, queso jalapeño burgers. I can't speak for those, but I have had the Frito and chili dog and the Cream Cheese Sriracha dogs, and both were pretty good as far as hot dogs go! Nothing to write home about, but decent! It's worth a shot at least.

Very polite and made some recommendations. Brought us water as we needed it without asking. He topped our dishes with fresh Parmesan cheese. Cream of Mushroom Soup Very rich flavor. All pasta made from scratch. What a find. Will return next time in Texas.
