This was the worst experience I do not recommend spending money here. I've ordered a star cake…read morewhich looks nothing like a star. The filling was supposed to be banana crème but there's none. Instead there is a butter texture. The cake is stale and dry. Tastes old. The decoration of the cake was supposed to be a simple outline of miffy which is a bunny with 2 eyes and an "x" for a mouth. They put this nasty gelatin texture paper on top of a random bunny which also has a hair on it. Called to see if any changes could be made or if a partial refund could be made. Was spoken to with a woman with the worst customer service. Took 5 calls for someone to answer. She stated the cake was what I asked for when it definitely wasn't what was told during consultation. They got my hard earned money that's for sure to play around with food. Will never support this business again. Birthday ruined. Thanks girly pop.

Greeted with a clean shop and wonderful service, I was given a Matcha Paleta to end our "Matcha Month." It was topped with special 'Yelp' Sprinkles and a 'Yelp logo' wafer. As a gratuity for this event, I also purchased an Oreo & a Fruity pebbles Paleta (which were super yum!) as I learned that every Paleta you see is made in-store! (We love to support our small businesses ) I also learned that they make milk based pops and water based pops--for our lactose intolerant friends. Proud to say I will be back again to purchase more!

I was coming with a team of colleagues from Washington DC to San Antonio for business and wanted…read moresomething special (and fun) to start off of our two weeks there. I needed someone who would deliver as we had no car. I found Gloria and holyCupcake through a Google search. Her website, including Pay Pal, was easy to navigate and use. Since I wanted a special order of margarita cupcakes, I sent her an email to see if that would be possible. I received a quick and enthusiastic yes! Oh wow were her cupcakes fabulous - and she told me when she delivered that this was her first time making them - you wouldn't have known that by how perfect they were, down to the small slice of real sugared lime on top. My colleagues raved and several may have had more than two cupcakes when I wasn't looking. Her frosting was the perfect balance of sweet without being heavy. One colleague even ordered another dozen (in a different flavor) the following week. And all of my colleagues were still taking about the margarita cupcakes in our final day in town. Thanks so much Gloria for a wonderfully easy ordering experience and truly delish cupcakes!

Whether you're stopping in for fresh pan dulce or your favorite sweet bread, you really can't go wrong. You'll never regret a visit to Panifico!

I believe we tried the Napoleon, Lemon Raspberry, and Double Brownie with Cherry. My favorite was the Napoleon cake: flaky, creamy, layered, and not overly sweet. It even reminded me a bit of baklava. I'd highly recommend the Napoleon cake for a birthday or any special celebration! Parking: There's parking in front of the bakery, along the side by the street, and in the lot behind the building, so finding a spot was easy. Seating: The bakery is small and quaint, which adds to its charm, but seating is limited. There's a small table with a few chairs and a cozy little nook by the window--perfect for enjoying your treats and catching up with friends. Overall, Pashina was a delightful experience, and I'm so happy I got to try something new. I'll definitely be back to sample more of their pastries and cakes! Thank you for having us!

Recently, I…read morehave delved into this lifestyle, and that is how I found this sweet spot: Something Sourdough Co. It is a small mom-and-pop shop, which I thoroughly enjoy. I immediately noticed vendors from a farmers' market I attend, which confirmed the business's intentionality. When we arrived, we were the only customers for a few minutes and could chat with the owner. I don't recall her name, but she was friendly and attentive. We ended up getting the cranberry orange scones, strawberry hibiscus lemonade, cinnamon bites, and coffee cake sourdough muffin. I have to say that the scones are addictive! The cinnamon bites were so yummy and airy. The drink was refreshing, and the muffin was the safe choice. You could tell the items were homemade and made with natural ingredients. The items were so light and yummy. Before leaving, I watched customers arrive, fill their bags with bread that looked so delicious, and pick up orders. Again, the owner was attentive, and the customers enjoyed themselves at this neighborhood bakery. Since it is a family run shop I would say give grace if you have to wait a bit. Look forward to returning and trying more items. The honey vanilla yogurt and the brown butter chocolate chip cookies did catch my eye!
