    I had a very upsetting experience at this dispensary that I feel needs to be shared…read more From the moment I walked in, I was treated differently in a way that made me uncomfortable. The sales associate, Stephanie, approached me and asked for my ID, which I provided without hesitation. Up to that point, I was calm, respectful, and cooperative. However, immediately after presenting my ID, I was told I needed to leave due to my "attitude." This was extremely confusing, as I had not raised my voice, been disrespectful, or behaved in any inappropriate manner. I calmly asked for clarification on what the issue was, and Stephanie responded, "I just don't like your attitude," without giving any specific explanation. Feeling that this was unfair, I requested to speak with a manager. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the manager instructed her to call the police. This escalation was completely unnecessary and made the situation feel even more hostile and discriminatory. As a customer, I expect to be treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Being asked to leave without a valid reason--and having the situation escalated to law enforcement--was not only embarrassing but deeply concerning. This experience left me feeling profiled and unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews their staff's behavior, and provides better training on customer service, conflict resolution, and implicit bias. No customer should feel targeted or dismissed without cause. I would strongly caution others about visiting this location until improvements are made.
