As of today, Sep 17, I still do not have the tub. According to Home Depot's own website, it has been in town since the 10th. I've been to the store 3 times trying to figure out what is going on. According to the lady at the service desk this morning, the trucking company had been holding it in their warehouse for no known reason. They finally tried to deliver it this morning to the store and the person at the dock refused delivery because he did not have keys to unlock the dock! And to make it worse, the lady told me they have a lot of problems with this trucking company but they continue to use them. I cannot understand that level of incompetence. And then I'm saying, Well, maybe you could actually have somebody call me with an actual number, and she walked away. So I won't be back. She's worthless, lazy, pathetic. I don't know how you do it with the kids of today. I wish you well, but I will not be back, and you may want to have a talk with her. I have seen other reviews saying same so good luck.

Called them to let them know of my mistake and to please charge me for the additional chairs. They told me they understood and knew that I had a lot on my mind that weekend and they would leave it at what they had already charged. I feel so bad but they were so kind when I called with their mistake and then when I called back with my mistake. Will definitely rent from them again when I have the next kids graduation.

We stopped with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson for dinner last night and enjoyed another solid experience. My wife ordered The Philly (see picture) and I went for the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (see picture). As is our custom, we shared samples of each others orders and we both agreed that we would order either of them again. While we haven't had a chance to try either of the other 2 locations in the Des Moines metro area, this has been a solid stop for lunch or dinner on each of our stops. If you order wings (which are very good), be sure to order them 'crispy' - a 2nd frying that adds to their already great taste.
