This is my first time coming to a Bombshell restaurant and overall it's basically a military themed Hooters / Twin Peaks from the vibe I got from this place. What I do enjoy the most is that they have a lot of games for people. I'm that one guy that would come here just to play Hungry Hungry Hippos or the variations of Connect Four with all my friends. The restaurant was mostly clean and well maintained. What was the disappointment about my time here was the lack of service, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their food. The staff nearly try to deny taking my food and remaking it because I requested to have a few things not put on it. The food here was a little overpriced for what it was worth as well. The crowd here also gives out a very depressing vibe because you have a bunch of men in their mid-40s consistently playing depressing grunge music from the 90s that kind of kills the vibe of the entire place. One of my favorite places to watch games with family. We always enjoy being around one another, eating good food and watching sports. This particular visit we had family in town who wanted to try the wings and other dishes. The waitress April was training a new employee and she was doing an amazing explaining everything in detail. I am not a huge fan of party foods; however, the food is good and the customer service is top notch. April greeted us, offered recommendations and consistently checked on us to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. No matter where you sit in the restaurant there is a tv for great viewing and the customers are very involved in cheering their favorite team whether they win or lose. read more

What's interesting here is the lack of food offering. I have been here over an hour working on a few cold beers and have had a wonderful experience but not once was I ever offered a menu?? As I look down the bar at the 17 people I only see one man eating. I'm going to need some food at some point so I guess I'll head next door to Hooters to get their greasy offerings . The bar staff is missing easy chances to sell more, more, more and make more tips in their pockets. Yelp says the food is a 3 out of 5 so I won't ask for a menu. It's a chain restaurant, but brand new to this area , so I had to give it a try. The food is very good for the price range. Don't be fooled by the lack of customers. It was the day AFTER the Super Bowl, and also between lunch and dinner. Leslie was our bartender, and she was extremely pleasant, and very friendly. She was the highlight of our visit, and surprisingly fast with both the food and the drinks. Got the bartenders attention to place the order and she still went to take the order from the people down the bar from me who got there 10 minutes after me. After being seated it took our server 30 mins to show back up with the drinks. It was a slow day and literally only 7 tables were occupied. I ordered a tank burger which tasted good but I asked her for mustard and mayo and she came back with only mustard. After that, she never showed back up. So I went to the bar tender to pay my bill and told the manager that we didn't know where the server went. She couldn't find the server either. So I just gave the servers tip to the bar tender because she was a huge help. For being literally dead at that place. The service was definitely worse. This evening after a long day of work I stopped into this Bombshells Location. I was hesitant to stop in after a bad experience at the 290 locations, but they were open late. I was greeted by Soraida with a warm genuine smile and great attitude. She got me seated right away. Gave me time to look over the menu answered my questions and gave a great recommendation of adding a side of spicey parm sauce. (It was good ) She checked in on me but also let me settle and unwind. She was amazing and the reason I will be back again. The music is a little loud for me but I also just got off a 12 hr shift. It's great to a hang out/party vibe for sure. The citadel grilled chicken with lime rice and broccoli was great and just wanted I wanted. Wish I would have taken a photo. It looked great and tasted better.
