Bun Slut continues to impress me every time I visit. The burgers are consistently outstanding, flavorful, fresh, and made with real care. I also really appreciate that everything is halal. The burgers themselves are definitely a great size and very satisfying, and the grilled onions take them to another level. I especially want to recognize Delmi, one of the workers I see often, she is so personable and truly stands out. She remembered my order from a previous visit and even asked how I enjoyed the spicy cheese fries when I came back. That level of attention made the experience feel genuine and personal, and for the record, those fries were incredible. The rewards program is another nice bonus. They actually keep track of your points, and the benefits seem really good for regular customers. I'm actually here again now, and Joshua was very pleasant as well. Looking forward to enjoying my order. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. It's always clean, the seating is comfortable, and sometimes I even come during the quieter hours just to get a little work done while enjoying a meal. After leaving the backyard Boil 100% disappointed with the lack of concern and customer service we went to Bun Slut. This business was does not have the character or ambiance of the previous restaurant but it was nice for a fast food restaurant. I asked for water and was told they only had bottled water. After looking the soda fountain machine I discovered it dispensed water. Christopher's response " the water is cold". Christopher took my order, I requested the tomato's on the side and cheese on the side for 2 of the burgers. Well after not getting the tomato's I went to Christopher requesting the tomatoes. Our orders are 3 burgers, a slutty melted, slut fries, and 2 regular fries. The flavor is good BUT all the meats are dried! My son took a bite to his burger and throw the rest away.
