Getting your hair done can feel awkard sitting in a chair for hours with a stranger but that is so not the case here. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.

I've seen her grow into the amazing stylist she is. She is a genuine & kind person who is skilled with scissors. She listens to what you want with your cut and explains everything as she goes. I've had a very traumatic haircut in the past and she is the one of the few people I trust with my hair. The other 2 were employees of Michael's who left due to moving out of state. So I believe that speaks to the quality of how they are trained. If you are looking for a clean salon with stylists who keep up with their skills, I highly recommend Jessie or anyone at Excuria!
