I arrived 9 minutes late to a waxing appointment that is booked for 15 minute slots due to traffic. It was an eyebrow wax that has NEVER taken more than 5 minutes and was told they cannot take me and charged 100% of the service. Yes, I signed the agreement but sometimes customer service and loyalty of 4 years, coming monthly should outweigh an agreement.
