(I cannot remember the name of it, nor can he.). He ate most of it but said he would not order it again. The tamarind chutney was ok. It too expensive. A tiny (2 oz) container that wasn't even full. The raita was ok. The container was larger and the price was more reasonable as compared to pricing on the chutney. Oh, well. I hope others like the food at this place better than we did. The chickpeas were not over or undercooked (steam cooked?) and the raita was the rich consistency of home, not the quick and watered down version typical in casual fare. I am vegetarian and cannot speak to the meat dishes, but felt like some real heart was behind the cooking. Perhaps the Naan was the only drawback, losing its texture made in bulk perhaps. But the taste relied less on salt and oil and more on the ingredients and a sense of freshness on many items I might serve in my own home.
