Then, we saw a Korean restaurant-like food court inside. The entire environment is very clean and they use a self-serving system. You can order from the machine and pick up from the kitchen counter. We tried the Gamjatang and Chicken Deopbap. Both of them came with side dishes - kimchi and pickled radish. The Gamjatang was excellent! It included three pieces of pork bone that were so tender. I also loved their soup broth and the spice level is perfect for me. The Chicken Deopbap was served on a hot plate, keeping it hot and the bottom of the rice was a bit crispy too. However, I thought it had a little too much oil. If you just want a snack, you can also buy bibimbap in the Galleria. I remember they also had a microwave available for heating it up.

As far as an Asian grocery stores go, this is one of the cleaner, and better organized ones that I have been to, maybe ever. Evidently after 8pm, they mark down lots of their prepared food items. From dim sum, to noodles, fried rice and other entrees, you can score plenty of items for $4-6 which were normally 2-3x that. I felt like a kid in a candy store and began snatching and hording all the things. I had to stop and remind myself we were on vacation, and would be living out of hotels for the next few days, so I limited myself to just a handful of items.
