Every movement and exercise was treated with great care and precision, and his knowledge really shows -- he was excellent at tailoring home exercises for my mom and her exact needs. He also played a huge role in helping my mom believe that recovery was possible with consistency and training. She was initially doubtful she'd ever return to her normal activities, but within just a couple of months she was moving comfortably again and even traveling with no issues. From the very first visit, I could tell they understand (and cared) about all things movement. The staff is patient, polite and gentle in a way that made a very big difference for me when I started my recovery journey. Their guidance felt honest--there was zero pressure. I've been through a few physical therapy and rehab centers, and what gets me is how super frustrating it can be to relearn things that once felt automatic. The team here met me exactly where I was at, which meant more to me than I can put into words--especially during a pretty tough recovery. I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. It did take lots of work but with Dustin's dynamic workouts I was able to improve gradually over time. Thanks: Huge shout out to Fain for staying on top of my insurance company. Luckily, I changed to a different Select PT and found another PT that diagnosed my main problem, which is keeping my knees from caving in. He listened to my concerns and did a great job of explaining why I was experiencing pains in certain areas. The office is so sleek and modern--I couldn't stop gazing at the beautiful interior. Whoever designed it deserves multiple gold stars! (lol) Although the initial price for the intake appointment is a little higher than at other offices, Dr. Gan was very thorough in explaining the type of care I could expect. Despite also working in the medical field, I still get a case of white-coat nerves around new doctors. I soon found out that he was 100% right! Since I started seeing Jason several months ago I've noticed a HUGE improvement. I've seen MANY chiropractors over the years and had grown accustomed to 90 second visits where the doctor doesn't seem to invest much time or effort. However, Jason is the complete opposite! He takes time to analyze your movement patterns, identify the true root cause of your issue, ART, massage gun therapy, and multiple adjustments. Time flies by considering he is super outgoing and easy to talk to. I also need to mention that I am now incredibly tempted to get a Doberman because his dog Ruby is the sweetest girl!
