Rather than offering a recommendation or asking what I was looking for, the staff simply stared at me while I decided. I eventually ordered the Biscoff latte I had seen on my way in. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. I came in to get some work done, and there were only two other customers when I arrived. Around lunchtime, the café became busier with people from the surrounding offices. One of the employees approached me and said, "Could you move to a smaller table? These people want to eat lunch." I initially agreed, but then noticed an empty table directly beside me, along with other available seating both inside and outside. The group was also still standing and talking rather than trying to sit down. At that point, I decided to leave instead of packing up all of my work and reestablishing myself at another table when seating was still available. Whether the table had been occupied by one person or four, it still would have been unavailable to the group. I understand accommodating customers during a lunch rush, but the way the situation was handled made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll return.

I ordered a nitro cold brew and it was smooth and almost creamy the way a good nitro should be, with a bright, clean flavor. Even my daughter loved it and she doesn't like spicy foods. Packed with protein, it's perfect before a walk in town. A staple, the avocado toast, has picked onions that compliment the egg, avocado and seasoning. The egg on top is helping us meet our protein goals. The latte always has a cute leaf, even when the serve it with a lid. My daughter and I come most weekends as a little family tradition to spend a little quality time together. We usually split a staple and split something new. It's easy to sit and look out the window, have a real conversation and feel welcome. You can also bring a dog! There is parking on the street or a little area off the side street in a lot. You can sit inside and now that the weather is warming up, there are plenty of outdoor options to sit and take in the town.
