I spilled seltzer on my MacBook Pro and the keyboard burned out…read more Kenth is very upfront and transparent about his diagnosis, indicating pricing, timeline very precisely. When I told him I was in a hurry, he managed to receive the part, diagnose, replace and clean my keyboard all within the same day and dropped it off the next. His services includes pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient for me. He also is very communicative (via Yelp and text), letting me know 50 mins ahead when he will arrive. He also wears a mask. safety first. Thank you Kenth for all your help. I would not hesitate to reach out to him if I ever need repair services again. Very trustworthy.

I'd accidentally dropped my macbook pro and damaged my LCD screen last Friday. I contacted several…read morerepair services in the area, and PSNI was the first to respond. I was a bit nervous since they didn't have a lot of reviews here- but I did some cross-referencing and all seemed legit. While they were located 45 min away, they came to my home to pick up the laptop. I got a clear confirmation of pick-up and awaited results of the diagnostic tests. They told me that I not only needed a new display screen, but a new battery as well (as the old one was in bad shape and could have possibly leaked/exploded- and sent me pics as proof as well.) Before asking for my repair commitment, they gave me price options for comparable refurbished laptops as well. They were also realistic about increased lifespan of the laptop. I ended up authorizing the repair. They ordered the parts and told me that they would only charge me for the cost of the parts (no surcharge) and the repair fee. While I was given a June 17 arrival date for the parts, they arrived on the 11th, and they were able to repair it and drop it off by June 12th-5 days ahead of schedule. While I hope to keep my laptop safe from harm, I would not hesitate to contact them again for future repair work- on my personal laptop or other devices as well.

I wanted to be able to have a website that would attract new business. VujaDay helped build an attractive and professional website outlining my services along with testimonials from current clients. While it is great to refer current or prospective clients to my site, I also wanted to advertise to potential clients outside of my networking circle. We strategized to help target specific demographics for on social media to reach people who might be interested in educational support. After a successful digital marketing campaign, I am now working with VujaDay to improve my site's search engine ranking. Signature System

My husband and I shopped around for a long time before finally settling on PDQ POS. What followed…read morefor the next 5 months was a nightmare for any business owner until we finally bit the bullet and had the system torn out and replaced with a cheaper and more reliable system. (which would seem to be any of them) We are still on the hook with the leasing company for $20,500 plus interest but to be rid of PDQ POS and Signature Systems was worth it. We are contemplating legal action like I have seen a lot of other people say, but who has time for that when you are trying to run a business? First, the menu wasn't done nearly the way it was supposed to be, despite the salesman telling us "we have done this before" and arguing that they know more about how the menu than me and my husband who have owned our restaurant for more than 17 years. When the guy finally came to install after weeks of delays with the menu he didn't have any idea how to even use the system, he spent two days in our way because he needed to be there when we were open, and left wires all over the place. Many of them didn't work since the day they were put in. He didn't know how to fix any of the error codes that popped up over and over and shutting the whole system down. He kept apologizing for not knowing anything and having to call for help and I felt bad for him, but this was a terrible way to start off a business relationship, and them wanting us to sign a contract for another $1400 every year for their terrible service on their defective and worthless system. Second, almost everything in the manager menu said "coming soon" like it is only a half-made system. Nothing was working the way it was supposed to and we had to figure out little tricks to get it to print when doing deliveries. It was just bad, bad, bad all around. After having them back 6 or 7 times in the first couple weeks to fix problems, they began refusing to come back out to us and kept insisting they could fix everything over the phone. I'm sorry, but when a printer won't print after having 5 different people work on it and moving it all over the restaurant, there is something wrong that can't be fixed over the phone. And when the screens keep freezing up when we are at out busiest times there is something wrong with them. I'm no computer expert but even I know that. We also had to have 2 of the screens replaced because they were defective, one of them need to be replaced twice, and even after all that they still kept freezing up over and over again. The final straw was when orders kept getting lost and we were getting complaints every night from the customers. We even lost some of our customers that have been with us for years because of PDQ POS and Signature Systems. Then the lost a catering order for a long time customer's party and that was it. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of them unless you want to run your business into the ground. PDQ POS from Signature Systems is the worst restaurant POS ever made.
