I didn't even know such a thing existed. I had left our backups in the trust of our old IT company, but when we lost everything, I found out that they hadn't even been keeping them up to date. NOTHING was backed up! We tried absolutely everything to get our documents back and nothing worked. I called 2nd Door at 5pm on a Friday and explained what happened (by this time I was admittedly rather frantic). Even though they were closing for the week, they immediately sent someone over. He ended up being in our office for hours and spent almost the entire next day there.
