I am a current employee at Stream Companies, and I must say, after being in almost every job field (Food Services, Retail Sales, Outdoor Manual Labor, Office Personnel, Press Operator, and even a Graphic Designer at another company) Stream Companies really knows how to treat their employees, clients, and vendors as family, friends, heck, as one of their own really. I always feel welcome and my opinions never fall upon deaf ears. I feel, even though I am a Designer, that I am a strong asset to the company (I may not be, but they sure as heck make me feel like I am), there are constant advancement opportunities and there doesn't really seem to be a 'cap' here to what you can accomplish. I have always wanted to work at an Advertising Agency and I landed the best in the country. I can't wait to go to sleep at night knowing I get to come and be happily employed at this outstanding company. I get to use all of my creative talents, there has never once been any negative reinforcement to do better, always was and has been completely positive. I never got, "John, if this doesn't go out on time, or if it goes out wrong, you're friggin gone!" And I don't think that day would ever come either. Be cautious when working with this company. While a few individuals are helpful, the overall operation feels disorganized and lacks transparency. One major concern is how the company misrepresents policies--especially around paid time off and internal support. They advertise benefits in writing, but the reality doesn't match. For example, PTO is presented as a standard offering, but later they change their position and deny what was originally promised, hiding behind vague policies and technicalities. If this is how they treat commitments internally, it's hard to trust how they handle client relationships and deliverables. There's also a noticeable lack of structure in onboarding and strategy. Critical processes like discovery and planning are minimal or entirely absent, with client-facing teams often left to figure things out on the fly. This kind of internal dysfunction eventually trickles down to the service clients receive. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and transparent business partner. read more

It is great to see how this company has grown so quickly and have been as successful as what they are today. Everyone within the company is friendly, eager to learn, works together well and is there to make you better at your job.
