    1st of all we had bought 2- F150 trucks from Courtesy Ford in 2013 & 2019 & had a great experience…read more& Tim the maintenance manager was still there, but things have drastically changed. My husband & I met w/Zach on 3/31 & between their appraisal of our truck, their offer and what we were willing to spend we spent 2.5 hours dealing with Zach and Randy the General Manager. We wanted to purchase a 2025 F150. They did not have the color nor truck features we were looking for on the lot, but Randy was able to find one in WI. We gave them a check for $500 & Randy contacted the WI dealership to advise that he had a buyer for their truck. Zack told us he would call & let us know when the truck would be delivered. He had not called by 4/2, thus my husband called them. Zach said he had Tuesday off, but would check on it. No call from them on 4/3 so he called them & was told they were still looking into it. On Friday, 4/4 he went to the dealership & Randy & Zach advised him that the truck had been pre-sold & that they were looking for another truck. He told them if it was pre-sold then why did you tell us it was available and take our deposit? He advised them that we wanted our $500 back since they did not contact us for 4 days to update us & had lied to us about the sale of this truck. We wanted to buy local once again, but clearly they no longer need nor want our business nor money. Tim their maintenance manager has left as well. By Saturday morning we had bought our new 2025 F150 with more features than they had offered and paid $3,000 less & drove it home. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to El Paso, IL to Heller Ford. Plus. we didn't have to sit thru the 2.5 hour of games played at Courtesy Ford. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. Please read another review like mine from just 4 months ago. There is definitely a pattern here.....

Dont buy a jayco greyhawk cause they have problems before they arrive and dealers blame it on covid 19. 970 326 5472. Jayco factory don't tell u expect it takes 2.5 months to come and another 3 months fir break down. But they say covid 19. What a rip off and ly.

I asked when the car will be ready, he said more than likely 6 to 8 weeks Next thing you know their GM Tom Pospisil sells it to somebody else. He even skipped the person 2nd, 3rd ,4th ...etc in line and sold it to somebody who wasn't even on the list They basically called me and said sorry we sold it to somebody else I asked how can this happen and was told by my salesmen and sales manager that "We don't know none of us know except TOM POSPISIL Hmm? Awfully suspicion Hmm? Tommy?? "To bad so sad Ken" The guy that got it must've dropped some serious money to steal my spot. How much did you pocket on your side hustle ... baby...?? You get some serious dough ?? We bought three cars from them, and they used to be honest The salesman I was dealing with called me n was furious with the GM Tom. He told me he was going to quit n would write me a letter telling how Tom threw him under the bus. Pretty sure you didn't pick that up during your time with the seminary When I spoke to Tom the GM he blamed the salesman. So, this Tom Posilil did indeed thru his own salesman under the bus. You're a "great guy Tommy " I've been waiting for over 3 yrs for my dream car and Tom cheated me of my dream car I was promised the Corvette at MSRP. Tom and I'm 200 % sure flipped my spot for a huge $$$ I spoke to Tom and 2nd time, and he was like "Ken I'm honest I was with the seminary" .... Well that explains a lot of Ok great Tom well that makes you honest!!? My apologies Seminarian Tommy My Zr1 was not ordained wonder if my Zr1 can ever become ordained Deacon Z and Deacon Tommy .... Hmm? has a nice ring to it I will be filing a complaint with Chevy for this unethical behavior. If anyone else has had issues with Eriksen Chevy in Milan IL or Tom Posilil reach out to me. I want to pursue this as far as I can. If you were cheated by them, I'm happy to cover legal fees (depending on how you were affected. My attorneys at their discretion can determine if your situation warrants our help) Our goal to bring awareness of some of these shady unethical dealerships and to protect the consumers. Just trying to keep them honest From the low review score seems like they have plenty of pissed off people This was my dream Car and This sad dealership took it away

    Absolutely would NOT recommend Bob Eriksen service department to fix any car...after having car…read moreinspected to drive cross country car started leaking oil...had recommended work done, took trip...car still leaking oil...call to make appointment to reinspect, appointments are more than a week out...wait for 1.5hrs to have them send me home w/o reason for leak nor having it fixed...price for 'repair' 30 percent higher than original quote, and the original problem is still not fixed leading me to believe I payed for something unnecessarily...I will not be returning to Bob Eriksen for ANYTHING as they seem far too busy for the little person.
