I took my 1999…read moreW900L with less than 800,000 miles, Cummins Signature Series 600, and 18 speed transmission to them for repairs. The engine itself has about 450,000 miles on it. I had excessive blow by. After speaking with the parts guy we decided that I needed an in frame overhaul. The Signature Series 600 is an early version of the ISX15 and had a design flaw on one of cylinder rings that was updated in 2012. He told me that I was lucky that MHC offered a $6000 labor special for the ISX15. I made the appointment for the repairs and expressed the importance of urgency for timely delivery. I need to have the least amount of downtime. When I dropped off my truck I brought my check book with me and asked if I needed to give them a deposit. They told me no. One week passed before I heard back from them. I thought they were working on the in frame overhaul. They called me to tell me that they had diagnosed the issue and they would recommend an in frame overhaul. Charged $100 for that diagnosis that we already knew. We proceeded with the in frame overhaul. After spending almost $26,000 I am worse off than I was before I bought my truck to them. I am no longer in an in frame overhaul situation.

Please note I circled the building before deciding to pull in because parking was not available for an ACTUAL semi!!!! Did I get my parts Yes BUT was this a friendly place to be at HELL NO!!! I have been a Kenworth Semi owner for 20 years and this experience alone makes me want to sell this machine and go to a different brand! There were 3 people at the counter and 2 of them walked off not wanting to help a paying customer and I had to deal with the only 1 that was left who didnt actually want to help me due to not having an account or pre -order my parts. I DONT CHOICE when the semi decides to act up away from HOME!!!! DO BETTER KENWORTH!!!

Also, called to find out what they found wrong with the same truck the day I took it in and heard the guy in the background say "if they want it done faster they can take it somewhere else" which is exactly what we will be doing now. Awful service from such a large company. 0/10 do not recommend. Truck Country or Drive line would be my recommendations 100 times over before this company.

I brought my truck in to fix a leaking…read morecoolant line, and decided to get the transmission fluid flushed as well since it needed to be done. I picked up my truck and drove it 5 miles to harbor freight. I came out of the store and walked up to the passenger side, where I could see my coolant reservoir, which was bone dry. I called, they told me they put 2 gallons of coolant in and it should be full. I said it wasn't, they tried to give me a hard time, but agreed to look at it. I took it back, they looked at it (without me there), said that there must have been "a big air bubble that swallowed up the coolant." They put more in. Fine. Then, after a few days I noticed a leak under the transmission. I took it to another mechanic, who said that the person who did the transmission fluid flush tightened the drain pan too much and damaged the gasket. I took the truck back in, they said they would look at it and give me a call. They never called. I called back several hours later and the person on the phone told me it was ready to pick up. I asked what they did to it, since no one told me what they found or what they were going to do. They told me that "the bolts were under-torqued, so we retorqued them and drove it to make sure it's not leaking." Great. I go to pick it up, wait for the guy at the counter (while other employees at the desk did not acknowledge me at all). He told me "the key is in your truck and you're good to go." I went to my truck, opened the door, and found a giant chunk of metal sitting on the floor of my cab. I assumed someone accidentally set it there when they got distracted, and went back into the store to tell them. The mechanic said it was a chunk of my leaf spring which was broken. I said "were you going to tell me it was broken?" To which the guy at the desk said with an attitude "I didn't know. If I'd known I would've told you." I left, and to add insult to injury the gas gauge on my truck, which had been just below half when I dropped it off, was bottomed out, below E. I don't expect my truck to be filled up at the mechanic, but I also don't expect them to burn over 75 miles worth of fuel while I leave it there. I also expect that if there's no gas left to be told that I might want to fill it up as soon as humanely possible. These people are terrible mechanics, terrible business people, and overall the worst experience I have ever had at any business I have used in my life. I will never use them again, and neither should you.

    I took my truck in to get a p.m. they grease the front end took off the front quarter bumpers…read more Bought some wipers went to put them on touched quarter bumper and it fell on the ground had to have them come reinstall it. 1500 miles later my other side fell off and lost it. Took it to gator to get replaced and they wanted to charge me because they didn't do their job right. my inverter went off every day and a half. They said it was the drivers fault. I couldn't change where the fan went to. only came out the vents they fixed it took the driver side panel off. Did not replace the cover for the screw on the dash because they broke it and broke one of my vents and electrical taped it back on. for $225 an hour I expect red carpet you can sit 4+ hours for a PM even if you have an appointment. I definitely would not recommend this dealer.

EVERY latch is broken rendering the cabinets unusable. Can't open them at all. Freezer door is broken. Front bumper wasn't painted to match the rest of the truck. Truck wasn't cleaned out. Trash throughout. Zero assistance to show us the bunk functionality. Good thing there's YouTube! Contacted the dealer who's response was "bring it back"!! WTF??? We live 4 hours away! Should have told us to get them fixed and send them the bill!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!
