Home Networks is one of the very few authorized Sunpower services still alive today so I figured if anyone had a shot, it would be them. To me, it's easy (and unfortunately common) for contractors to simply do a job once and then never be heard from again. Randy's local Las Vegas technician, Ted, was responsive to my contacting him and knowledgable enough to solve a power issue I had been having all week. In my dealings with them, this type of above-and-beyond service is just one example of their professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile to keep me as their customer happy.  It takes real integrity to recognize the severity of a problem and come out to service a major home electrical problem THE NEXT MORNING and, therefore, I will trust no one else to install my Tesla solar sometime these next few months.

First, on 8 June 2026, Jayden & "C" (my fellow military brethren) came out to look to see if they could install an RV wall outlet so we could charge the RV as we did not have a 30amp circuit breaker in our panel. Jayden & C went through our electrical panel and found arcing and wrong wiring installations. Our panel is too small for the size of our house. Jayden explained the dangers of the current condition of our panel, and gave his recommendations for the repair including the RV outlet installation. Jayden & C were friendly, considerate, and professional. On 9 June 2026, I asked if the team could re-wire a bad swimming pool light. Aaron & Lily came out. Aaron explained the process to install the light and he and Lily were out there in the hot temperatures until they finished it. They installed the new light & wiring and had the pool light up in running in no time. It was a pleasure to talk with Aaron & Lily. Both were kind, true professionals, and fun to talk too. On 1 Sep 2026, I asked Adrian, the Service manager, if I could get some exterior lighting timers installed, an exterior security light replaced, and some conduit/wiring ran with an exterior outlet to light up my overhead pool lights. Jayden & Tyler came out. Again, Jayden thoroughly explained what options I had for all of it. Jayden took his time to look at the 4 areas for the exterior timers, the exterior light location, and where I needed the conduit/wiring installed. It is always good to see Jayden as I now my requests will get planned and fixed in a professional manner. Tyler was good to meet and talk with. Another New Yorker!! :) On 8 Sep 2026, John & Lily (yep she came back again) came out to install the timers, security light, & conduit/wiring/outlet. John & Lily explained the work they were going to do. John was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I enjoyed talking to John & Lily. They installed everything. John explained the exterior outlet with the dusk to dawn sensor for my pool lighting request. Lily setup the app for my phone for the 4 timers. She did great and explained how to use the app. I am a retired (maybe old, he he) Air Force mechanic. I want to say I really appreciate the integrity, friendliness, and true professionalism of the entire Electricode team. I got to meet Adrian & Harrison (the owner) on a video call. They are all very pleasant and truly accommodating to the customer's needs. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

He also advised my husband that he is closed on weekends even though his hours states open on Saturday and closed Sunday. Again, I don't mind waiting but just a simple communication would have been helpful is all. If the business doesn't operate on weekends then the hours on Yelp should be adjusted accordingly. ******************************************* I truly wished to have the same positive experience as the five-star ratings, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. On Friday, June 13th, I reached out to Fixin Dixon Mobile RV through a message on YELP regarding an issue with my shower, which was spurting water due to a cracked plastic piece. Bill responded quickly, provided his cell number, and suggested I contact him on Saturday morning. Sounds great, right? That's what I thought! Since we were out of town and I was attending an all-day conference, my husband stepped in to reach out. He left a voicemail, and Bill eventually returned the call to schedule a time to inspect our shower. We arranged for him to come on Thursday, June 19th. During the visit, Bill informed my husband that he would check a few places for a replacement part. My husband followed up on Friday, June 20th, only to hear that Bill had been unable to find the part and would look at Home Depot. He mentioned that we might need to replace the entire shower faucet, but we haven't heard from him since, and now it's Monday, June 23rd. I don't mind waiting, but a lack of communication from a business is frustrating. In short, my husband managed to find a temporary part while we look for a more reliable service. I advise proceeding with caution! You might have a great experience, or you could end up disappointed like I did.
