Bad service. Not nice. My car was fine no check engine light no overheating. Just was trying to pay for them to replace a new stuff and they broke it. They call me to pay more because there are more problems to fix. They drink while fixing car. Anyone read this please stay away , dont be like us. The worst people!!! I took my Jeep for a check engine light because the dealer was backed up and they gave me an estimate of 2 weeks wait since this shop is right around my house I took it there and WORST mistake ever. At first they told me it was because it needed a tune up. So they charged me $480 for a tune up, when I picked up my truck it started overheating and check engine light turned on again. So I brought it back he said some bs about cylinder #4 not working and that was the issue so to pay an additional $550 to fix it and give me my truck back because it was a "big" job!!! So I did!!!! And my truck is still overheating after I picked it up and it wasn't originally overheating. Also they work while drunk and smoking it was terrible!!!!!!!!!! My biggest regret was taking it to them, they scammed me out $1,000 and now I have an overheating problem! read more

I was recommended this place by my friend. He told me the price but he did not say that he was not sure. This is my first time to get a smog check, the old guy working there gave me the price 50 for regular check. I just asked if he could gave me a discount. He told me just check the price around and decided. So, I called my friend and he told me, he was not sure about that. I decided to ask him for a smog check. You'll basically not have a great time here if you're not Vietnamese and don't know much about cars. I've had my brake pads done here for a fair price. He has also helped me get air out of my brake line by bleeding the brake for me and providing me with more brake fluid. However, if your car is lowered and it needs to get on the lift he will not do it because the lift does not accommodate lower cars. He will just refer you to another place. read more

Very dishonest and money grabbing mechanics. I came here for a smog check and failed. They tried to charge me 20 dollars for just running it on the system so it can fail. The owner of the shop tried to scam me by saying I need additional repair on my cars that would cost 300 bucks. Overall this shop is DISHONEST and WILL try to rip you offf. I am person like so many customers have cars , I need change engine oil ! I came to this store yesterday ! I have oil and oil filters with me and need ask for how much charge for this service. Technician with more experience answer is $20 usd for labor. I said ok and he is working on my car! Almost is done and he ask for more $5 usd to fix engine cover ! Ok ! That's fine ! Not big due ! I paid and go home ! At home I find down is cover is not install correctly and look like it will fly if I run in fwy. I come back and tell him with requests fix correct ! But I am so disappointed with technical! He said he will return $5 usd and he will not do anything ! I am thinking I got careless services shop here ! Specially that Vietnamese technical ...After few minutes talk and show for owner ... I told him ( old owner ) if you open shop is response any customer problems . If you aren't ! Please don't open and close repair shop and teach all technical first lessons of basic services. It is not money, that's your mind...and finally I don't have any done for my car ! So sad ! Initially, I went to another place to get a smog and after waiting 40 mins, the other guys asked me to come back another day because "my car wasn't cooperating with the machine" and they couldn't get a read on my RPM. Wtf?! I stumbled upon this place while trying to go to another smog place in the same plaza. As I was backing up, an old man tapped my trunk and asked me what I was looking for. I said smog. He literally opened my door and told me he would do it at his shop for $21 bucks so I said what the hell - why not?! It took them literally 15 mins and I was out of there with my smog all done. Total came out to be $30 for the smog certificate but to be fair he did tell me that before they started. So why 4/5 stars? Their customer service is lacking and the mechanics are a little rough around the edges. They're crazy chain smokers who drink and sing karaoke inside their little waiting room. All in all, got an awesome deal on my smog and would come back next time. read more

I LOOOOOOVE this place! Make friends with the owner, Van (old man). This small family business has some kinks, but I've been with them for so long, they kind of take care of me when I pay a visit with my car. He is amazing and friendly. I was first pulled into this shop because of some coupons for smog checks. This place is my usual go to place officially for smog checks, any basic car mechanic problems, and they even detailed my car! I feel so special, I guess it comes with the perks of being a regular. My most recent visit with Van was incredible. I needed help purchasing a new car and I told him what I was looking for within a certain price range and he was able to help me out. I don't know what the other reviewers went to cuz the staff here were friendly and they were up front with how much the price was going to cost and that is what I paid. They are fast and efficient cuz I was in and out of there was quickly as can be expected...obviously some of the longer car service tasks takes longer but their mechanics were working on my car either immediately or within 10 minutes of me checking in... read more

went in for a smog and the guy was like fosho even though he was an old dude. That caught me by surprise, but surprisingly it went by fast and he even charged me 20$ for saying it was slow. I was like say whaaaaa? The lady in the front had boba too and she bought an extra one for one of the mechanics but they didnt want it. Pretty nice guys. Water is available inside while you wait. $40 for a smog test. If it fails it's another $30 which sucks because most places will retest for free including the shop next door (left side when facing the front). read more

Let me just started by saying I never do review on anything period !! My car: Chrysler PT Cruiser 2009 Problem: Power/electrical goes out while running, start back up, drive again died again....... So I brought it to this shop, talked to the owner Vinh. He said he can fix it. Charged me 380 dollars to redo some kind of wire. Picked up the car 2 days later, paid and drove home. When I got home my jeans was soaking wet because they had left my car out in the rain with all windows opened, I didn't pay it no mind because I'm a very easy guy. The next day I drove the car around locally to test it out, about 5,6 miles in same thing happened again, also noticed the word ERROR appeared on the dash where the odometer is. So, I bought it back to the shop the next day, the owner said he'll take care of it.... 2 more days in the shop, they charged me 90 dollars more for some kind of module!?... paid and drove home. The car seems ok to drive but the "ERROR" still on the dash so now I can't see the odometer. Brought it back to show it to them and now they said MY DASH IS BROKEN !?!?!?The owner said he'll fix it, I just left, end of story. THEY Will Not FOOL Me THE THIRD TIME..... Oh, and the mechanic that worked on my car... The WORST: He has a very bad attitude and I don't even think he's even a mechanic ( he didn't want to tell me his name when I bought the car in) Don't bring your car here , unless you want to give them lots of money to buy beers ( they seem to drink all day) This place is TROUBLE !!! Brought several cars here for smog checks as they used to have really good prices but not the case anymore. Increased price so no edge over competitor especially telling me that there is no free retest if my car does not pass (told me he's gonna charge $30 for not passing)??? Went straight next door who told me free retest!! Not that I think my car will have problems passing but hey we never know. Increased prices with no service = no/losing business??!! Dropped of my car after the car was diagnostics for transmission problem on Sunday. I was promised by the owner that it will be done after 3 days but I gave him four days just be sure. Even though I came by Friday which was 6 days after the car wasn't done and the owner told me that there is another problem with my engine!!?? Which he did not bother calling me and was promised that it will be done on Sunday. I called on Sunday and was promised that it will be done at 2PM. I gave them another hour and came at little bit after 3PM and found out that the car has another the problem and was promised on next Monday. I came and saw a bunch of them were drinking and singing Karaoke at the repair shop. I am very frustrated and mad. I feel like I have brought my car to a jungle with a bunch of chimps working on my car. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. read more
