After 2 classes done, they will start asking for money for costumes, then after one more class, will ask money for tickets for performance, then after that, they will tell you, the costume is supposed to be returned. This is purely a business, making fools of parents. Dance is supposed to be about learning techniques, a form, but this is a cheap shop. One the 1st day of class, the manager had no clue how many students had registered, had no list, nothing. Parents had to tell her which class and which timing their child supposed to be in. She will not answer questions asked to her especially if it doesn't deal with money. She forgets things, always appears confused, fickle-minded. She ignores parents who are not friends with her. At the end, the stage show was lousy, nothing to be proud of. I seriously regret signing up for this scam & wasting money till end. Please save your time & money by not sending your children here. I will however, say that the instructor was reasonable, she was the only one putting some effort. With all due respect to the parents, please give more importance to 'learning'. Stage fear for a child who is only 4-6 years is not relevant so it doesn't matter if they jump up & down on a stage, it won't help them at this age, but it does help you to brag on Facebook for fake likes. Please give importance to learning, techniques & don't encourage these money making shops in the name of 'teaching'.

The intro class is 30 mins and shorter than their normal class, everyone in the class was also there for a free trial intro class. We would come back for Christy forsure. She gave everyone great instructions for beginners to Pilates reformers and made sure everyone was safely doing the workout. Clean nice studio. The only thing we didn't like was that they kind of tried to pressure us (the front desk people) into buying class packages and that there's a deal only that day as new clients. They were nice but just a lil pushy, but I think they probably are told they have to do that by their management. The prices are pretty high but that's not uncommon for Pilates classes. I'd likely drop by on a drop in basis and would love to come back for a full class with Christy! :)

Apparently there's a discount if you're part of the store's rewards program and have an NCGA membership. When it was my turn I asked if I could get the discount as well. I was asked to show my membership via the app, which I did. I asked why nobody ever asked me or brought up the NCGA discount upon my last dozen purchases. He told me that it is detailed in the emails I receive. I'm going to say that PGA Super Store employees are discouraged from asking people if they are part of the rewards program and have an NCGA membership so they don't have to give the discount. GOLF MART here I come......

AND thurs. at 5:30pm classes months ago and it was a very full class. I had to go in multiple times to ask when the class will be back for Tues. and Thurs evenings. I have stopped by the front desk at least 5 times, each time leaving my name and phone# for the mgr.- Matt to call me back, he has not once returned my call. Mind you, every time I've gone, the mgr is there, he just tells his staff to say that "he's not available right now" I've asked the staff there and they don't know what's going on, so continue to just leave Matt my mssgs. I have heard that they are working on finding a new instructor. Problem is, there is an instructor that already works in the Livermore location that has said multiple times that she can sub, she just needs the Mgr "Matt" to reach out to her. All of this info has been in my multiple messages left to Matt and he has not reached out to the instructor to ask her to sub, leaving all of us many customers/attendees, without a Body Pump class at all for a few months now. @matt, please follow up and contact the instructor that I left you her name and number, and ask her to sub on Thurs. evenings for the 5:30pm class, so that we are not all suffering with no classes at all to attend. We would all greatly appreciate your action on this. Else, what are we paying our monthly dues for, if we can't even take the class? The sad thing is, this was an easy fix that just required you to make one call a few months ago and it would've been easily taken care of, until you find a permanent instructor.

The classes are broken up into rowers, treadmill, and floor / weights each time with different exercises per a class so it doesn't get super boring (I've been asked...). I go 2x a week and I can see a huge improvement - I recently went hiking and barely needed any breaks thanks to all the incline work we do on the treads. Shout out to Coach Sarah and Paul who always have the best music! Totally makes a difference for a better workout. Would be 5 stars but recently I feel like every machine has no space in between and is right next to each other (I swear it used to be farther apart??) and the treadmill area is lacking AC to where I feel hot air vs the floor where I feel the AC.
