This is my first bad review ever and first bad experience at H&R Block. I go in on Friday morning for my scheduled appointment and the person that was scheduled to do my taxes, Martha Bautista, wasn't even there. They proceed to tell me she won't be in until 3pm. And there will not be anyone else available to do them. I don't know why they confirmed an appointment that she wouldn't even be available for. They told me to go to another H&R Block, which I did. And had no issues there. If you value your time, I wouldn't waste it going to this H&R Block location. Very unprofessional.
