Working with Asha Godfrey at the State Farm offices in Montclair and Newark, New Jersey has been…read moreone of the most refreshing and reassuring customer service experiences I've ever had. If there were a way to give more than ten stars, she would absolutely deserve it. Asha represents the very best of what an insurance agent should be: knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and genuinely committed to protecting the people she serves. From the very first conversation, Asha made it clear that her priority was understanding my needs, not just selling a policy. She took the time to walk through every detail of my coverage options, explaining each part in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Insurance can be overwhelming, but Asha has a gift for turning complicated information into clear, confident decisions. What truly sets her apart is her responsiveness. Whether I reached out by phone, email, or stopped by the office, she always made me feel like a priority. Even on busy days, she followed up quickly and thoroughly. That level of consistency is rare, and it builds a trust that's hard to find in the insurance world. If you're looking for an insurance agent who goes above and beyond, who treats you like a person rather than a policy number, and who brings unmatched expertise to every conversation, Asha Godfrey is the one you want in your corner. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Ten stars hardly feel like enough.
