Our view was absolutely stunning as our unit was facing mountains and Mill Creek Hollow with a picnic area and a small playground. Every night we could hear coyotes barking outside. Even though it was quiet, the location was super convenient and close to freeway 680, stores and restaurants. The area also seemed very safe. I would raise my kids there. Great school district. The complex was very well maintained. It had very nice and clean amenities and a playground that we could not really use because of covid. Our spacious unit had stainless steel appliances, and it looked and felt very new and modern. There was always enough parking space thanks to underground parking. Management was always friendly, supportive and attentive to our needs. I wish we could stay longer in that beautiful place but we had to relocate out of state. 5 stars for sure!

1 Star - Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Managed Community…read more I am writing this review as a deeply concerned parent and tenant. I live in this complex with my newborn baby recently released from the NICU and my 12-year-old child who has asthma, and our living conditions have become unbearable due to ongoing harassment and constant exposure to smoke and heavy sage burning from our neighbor. Despite months of complaints to the leasing office, corporate, and even the police, absolutely nothing has been done. The neighbor continues to burn sage so heavily that it burns our eyes and throat, and the smoke fills our apartment daily. They have also threatened me and my child, harassed my guests, and slam their doors so violently that pictures fall off our walls. I recently had a total knee replacement on November 17th, and instead of recovering in a safe environment, I am dealing with constant stress and unhealthy air conditions. We even contacted ECHO Housing, who advised the neighbors to stop, yet the behavior continues every single day with no action from management. Corporate refuses to return my calls, and the office has shown zero concern for our health or safety. This complex does not protect families, children with medical conditions, or tenants dealing with legitimate safety issues. The quality of living here has gone completely downhill. So many long-time tenants have already moved out, and it's clear the management's priority is filling units--not maintaining a safe community. If you care about your health, your children, or simply living in a respectful and well-managed property, look elsewhere. This has been the worst living experience I have ever had, and they have officially lost a responsible, long-term tenant.

I only giving it a 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. I lived there for a year…read moreand I couldn't wait to get out of there rodents, crickets, grasshoppers in my apartment. Pest control finally came out and set traps and told them what they needed to do but they did none of it before I moved out. It was supposed to be a senior complex but it turned into some of everything. Tenants items started to come up missing. Now I don't who or whom did it but things were missing. I know people love pets but my goodness, then didn't do well at cleaning up behind their OWN pets. Pet hair left in the washers and dryers. They would wash their pet items in the washers and dryers. Heck, I got fleas or maybe bedbugs bites, I don't know which is which because I have never dealt with either one of them before. I do know that I through my comforter away. Some tenants expected maintenance to clean up THEIR dog urine and feces when they are looking at their dog doing this. The rodents got in my bed. I went through 4 air mattresses. I didn't buy an actual bed in fear of it being a total loss. I was over charged in rent. I was supposed to pay $1499 and I'm just going to be truthful, my rent was padded. The manager at the time charged $1929.00 in rent when id.gov told her to charge less. It was a lot more going on there by other managers but I'll tell that in court. I lived in a studio apartment and I was charged more than a one bedroom. I tried to write corporate but the packet came back. I have of that I speak of. Have you notice, the owner does put their name on the reviews? I have tried and tried to communicate with them but I can not reach them. Maybe the court system can or maybe they will respond through here. I want my overpayment back the cost for my 4 air mattresses.

I found a less expensive apartment and since I had another month on my lease and didn't want to miss getting the place, I let the management show my unit while I lived there. They did rent my apartment but charged me every cent until the new tenant moved in even I though Im pretty sure the turn around time was not immediate. They were down to one maintenance person. I had fallen hard on the property due to a missing hand rail my first day of packing and it made moving far more difficult and expensive than I had anticipated. In spite of my injury which should have gone to court for negligence, the manager was rude the day I left after paying my prorated rent until the new tenants move in date. He even mentioned that I had not had a rent increase as if they had done me a favor In the past. I had heard "it's not in my pay grade" too many times and him passing the buck whenever possible blaming the owners of the complex. I limped away with a bad taste in my mouth. I'm afraid some of the other neighbors will also leave now.

Very satisfied with his customer service. In regards to the apartment, me and my bf moved into a 1 bed 1 bath on the third floor. Our parking space is under a cover to help with the beating sun and is next to our building. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of storage throughout. Our bathroom has a big flat round tub, unlike the normal conventional tubs. The lighting in every room except the living room, without sunlight, is very good. Some cons I will point out: - the microwave and referigerator are cheap and old (microwave is VERY loud when used) - our sink is very old and has knobs and is very shallow (can barely fit four normal sized plates) - the bathroom and kitchen have "fake" wood flooring which is already peeling in our kitchen (why put that in the two most "wet" rooms?) - the air conditioning is different and located in the hallways and very loud when in use - the washer and dryer are VERY loud when using (i can barely hear the TV) - our oven is old and i had to google how to even use it(?) - the walls are thin, so if you try to take a nap in the living room, you will hear everyone and everything So overall, the apartment itself is very spacious and very clean. The appliances provided are old, but work. The walls are thin, but we only have a neighbor across the hall and only hear them when they come and go. I do plan on living here as long as possible!

BEWARE!!! Monthly…read morerent increased by nearly $500 in 3 years! That is an increment of nearly $5,500 - $6,000 per year! Additionally, the utility charge was a flat $95 until last year. This year, during lease renewal, they added a term called "a more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge." Who would think that this means they are going to increase the utility charge by 120%? According to them, a "more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge" means increasing it from $95 to $210. The apartment next to mine has been vacant for nearly a year. I have seen 4-5 different tenants in that apartment over the past 3 years. I hope you understand. So, I strongly recommend: BEWARE before you move in here. I'm paying the price for my laziness.

When they were the issue. I decided move again after moving from Washington 15 hours cause I felt no compassion from management Tara and Tracey. I wanted everyone to follow the rules I don't understand why they can't follow rules. The neighbors were not supposed to have anything in the garage and they had a giant dog and a tv and couch and it would bark all day and night and I lived above it and I couldn't sleep. They were so rude to me. Anyways I ended moving out because of them. There were no available units either for me. I had to move out which wasn't fair. Since I drove 16 hours from Washington to come here. In the end Tracey was understanding but during the process I felt the support was one sided to the neighbors who were noisy and breaking the rules everyday. It was my dream to move there but the neighbors ruined it for me. All I have to say is those neighbors are the worst and I lived in building 12 unit 1226. I hope that management handles those neighbors better. They ruined my experience in their apartment and my life.
