Jamie, one of the owners, called me straight up 8am on Monday. My unit was under full warranty replacement. Jamie took the information and assisted me in exercising my "cash-out" option with the manufacturer that morning. I then called them back to arrange a time to install a new water heater. WOW! Jamie and his business partner Jeff, came out that same afternoon and delivered and installed my new unit, and took the old one away. Pricing was fair and as originally quoted by Jamie. While they were there, I mentioned I had a low pressure problem in one of my bathroom sinks. I expected to make another appointment but instead, Jamie and Jeff took the time and fixed the problem.
