my GO TO! Smoothies and bowls are always so delicious and I love how the workers are so welcoming and sweet! Also like how they carry energy drinks in store as well if needed. So glad I found this place, perfect stop after the gym! read more

My absolute favorite smoothie place! I go at least 3 xs a week after the gym for a post work out snack I normally get a sorbet bowl and my daughter a smoothie Always hits the spot! The owner is the sweetest and the employees always have a smile! I love to try the flavor of the week! So far my favorite is the honeydew banana and taro banana sorbet read more

Been here frequently and the smoothies are great, if they're open. The "hours" constantly change so if you're going in the evening good luck. Even if you're walking up to the door, they will still close even if the hours posted online state they will be open until a later time, I'm talking hours later. This isn't the first time it's happened, at least three times now. Just post some hours and have your staff stick to them please. Edit: Luckily the business owner got back to me regarding this review and updated the hours. So hopefully there are no further issues. However, make sure to use Yelp because Apple Maps, Google Maps, and other services may reflect other hours. We were still able to save the day and make it to the downtown location so that's great. The owners willingness to positively communicate with their customers is a huge plus. And yes, the smoothies (and juices) are great! (Phantom and Gamora) :) read more

My favorite bowl place in chino hill closed down and I was devastated!! I came into this shopping center to get my cars oil changed and saw this place and I just had to try it! The service was fantastic, the gentleman at the counter was really kind and helped me make my selection. And the bowl itself was delicious I cannot wait to go back for more flavors and to try their other offerings. read more

I love coming here! The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is always friendly :) Love the vibe.

I visited Bolcupop on July 4th and it was a refreshing .The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well-balanced. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and enjoyable visit despite being really busy on the holiday . I highly recommend the Iron Man smoothie. Also came back later and had an ice late and have to admit, that for not being a coffee shop their latte was really good. And will come back again for sure. Great place for anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious beverage. read more

I used to be a usual here, I had gotten milk tea and it was very watered down which is not a big deal but what got to me was that in my nutella sandwich THERE WAS A MOLDY STRAWBERRY .. i won't be back read more

Bolcupop has been my post workout smoothie for years! My favorite smoothie is "the Gambit" it is to die for, I love how they also offer many other boosts such as immunity, collagen and many others, so depending on the day you can always switch up or add any boots you want! The energy you get when you walk in is also unmatched, the employees here are quick to give you their fav recommendations and they've always hit the spot! Love this place if you haven't tried it yet you're missing out! read more

My boyfriend and I walked in at 5pm to get an açaí bowl. There was one employee behind the counter and no other patrons. The employee saw us at the counter, she did not say Hi or acknowledge us at all, she proceeded to start washing the dishes and containers in the sink. Once we saw that , we knew she wasn't terribly interested in helping the only 2 people in the place so we simply walked out! That's all it took to get a 1 star review!!! No wonder others have given the same review for the same service! Won't be back!!! Toi Moi is the best place for açaí!! read more

Had the Thai tea without boba, very tasty. Definitely going back to try it with boba as well as the other drinks they have. Very clean and nice employees. :0) read more

Went on my lunch break and the poor girl was by herself. I had to leave after waiting 15 minutes just to give my order, but she was doing her best so I wasn't entirely upset. The bf tried going for me later that afternoon and had an even worse experience: he felt as if he was bothering the employees, had to ask for utensils, and wasn't thanked for the purchase as he left. He said they weren't as busy but it took quite some time for them to complete a one acai bowl order. The bowl, I will say, was delicious (thus the 3 stars) but we won't be back. read more

Excellent service and great options for Acai bowls in Riverside. Worth a stop at this location

I absolutely love this place. They opened their first shop in the downtown Food Lab a couple of years ago and I'm so glad they opened a second location off Arlington next to the LA Fitness. The shop is always clean and their employees are always super helpful and friendly. I go pick up a açaí bowl at least once a week from them. read more

Their bowls are soooo good!!! Definitely recommend trying this place out! So refreshing

First off I wanna say, thanks for opening another location so that I don't have to deal with all the crazy traffic and parking issues that you deal with when going to the food lab lol secondly you guys have amazing selections my fiancé loves your guys blended Horchata with boba, ive become a big fan of your Gambit super smoothie. Anyone who hasn't gone to one of their locations should definitely check them out. Also pro tip if your looking to get the Gambit, go with Almond milk and add Ginger and chia seeds! read more

The service was great, the woman who owns the place was very patient, friendly and helpful. We tried the sorbet bowls which were better then nektars and jumbo juices, not sure on the price comparison but definitely still worth it if your looking for something sweet but also healthy and refreshing. read more

Love this place. Great service and really yummy blends I stick to same one tho lolololo the mango blend with chamoy, chunks of mango and tajin ‍ I do the shakes as well, they're reaaaaallly filling. read more

Their bowls are decent, not amazing, but the wait and customer service makes it hard to go here. Our kids like them so we go. They rarely ever greet you or say thank you, and are way too strict about little changes in toppings. Today we showed up and stood their for several minutes at the counter and no one ever came to the counter to acknowledge us or take our order so we bailed. Usually they only have one person working and if you come in while there are a few orders ahead of you it can take 20 minutes for a simple açaí bowl. Just seems amateurish and not very well thought out operationally. read more

Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop by Bolcupop. Their savory sandwiches and açaí bowls are absolutely AMAZING! And most importantly for me, with having a family filled with picky eaters, there's something on menu that everyone can enjoy; which is a huge plus! Bolcupop is truly an Arlington gem! You MUST give it a try! read more

Omg Absolutely amazing I love that they hand make their sorbet and there's a different flavor of the week. The açai bowls are the best I've ever had all kinds way better then Nektar.. their drinks are amazing and so we're their sandwiches but most of all the owners remember who you are they remember your name there's a rewards program but they go above and beyond, and the art of customer service is hard to find nowadays you can mention some thing and it's taken into consideration... such a refreshing place, I love it. read more

I love everything at Bolcupop! I've been a fan and a customer even before they had a storefront and the taste and quality has always been consistent! The bowls, smoothies and sandwiches are all so amazing. The Phantom is my all time favorite and never disappoints! read more

Wait took over 45 minutes & we literally witnessed the girl text as she's making our order. We had TWO items

Quality of the product was good and taste great. There were a lot of options, including acai blends, which is great for a build your own. Server was friendly and patient wit an indecisive group, haha. I prefer another acai shop with a "creamier" (for lack of a better term) acai, pre built options and a little more volume for the price but I'm glad I tried this place and would definitely return. read more

i waited 20 minutes for them to take my order (they were preparing 1 other order) and they began helping someone who entered after i did, after taking my order they took 20 more minutes to make a pb & j and a 1 scoop :) read more

So excited they opened up a second location ! It's right by the gym with better access with parking. The menu here now includes coffees and more food items. Excited to keep supporting this business outside the food lab ! read more

I've been going to these estabishment for 2 years and all I can say is I've never had any problems or issues. Veronica A. your review is not true because we were there when all these occurred. You were very impatient and rude to the workers. We were there before you and you were the mean one and called them a B _ _ _ _. You are totally wrong writing this kind of a review. read more

Was always curious about this store and finally decided to try it out. I was very impressed and felt at home, the guy there was extremely helpful, welcoming and easy to talk to.
