A coworker and I decided we wanted an easy night, so we headed here.
We were greeted by the hostess and were shown to our seats and sat down. We ordered beer and Saké and looked at the menu. Our server returned with our drinks, and we ordered some food from the menu.
Our chef arrived and started preparing our food in front of us, utilizing her knife and grill with such expertise.
One of my favorite items was elephant garlic, which she sliced thin and then grilled- so tasty!
The hotel used to be a Japanese hotel, and the decor in the restaurant was very Japanese, giving us an authentic feel.
For a hotel restaurant, I was very impressed with the food, the preparation, and the service.
