The spice-less waffle fries were bland as elevator music so be prepared to dip them in Hatch sauce (blend of mayo, mustard, and hot honey). The Mac and cheese was a surprisingly big portion for a combo and very creamy with corkscrew noodles that had a good texture. I can see why all the reviews sing its praises, it was delicious. The combo came with a biscuit that was fluffy with crispy edges (my fave) and covered in a sweet butter coating which though looked weird was delicious and the perfect complement to the rest of the meal.

What made it worse was how it was handled. When I called the restaurant, I was told I would need to drive back if I wanted anything done about it. That makes no sense. Why should I have to go out of my way after receiving contaminated food? On top of that, I was told I would need to provide documentation just to get a refund. Basic hygiene should not be an issue, especially for a place that serves food at this volume. And when something like this does happen, customer service should step up, not make it harder for the customer.
