Chicken 1pc Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti

I stopped by Jollibee after having a drink and realizing I needed a quick bite before dinner. For some reason Jollibee just sounded right in the moment. We came in during a very hot Las Vegas afternoon and the AC inside was blasting. I usually do not mind strong AC but this felt a bit excessive and almost uncomfortable. Since this was more of a snack than a full meal my boyfriend and I shared a two piece Chickenjoy combo with a Jolli Spaghetti. The food came out quickly and everyone we interacted with was perfectly nice. The biggest surprise for me was the price. For what we ordered it came out to nearly $15 which felt a bit steep for a quick fast food stop Overall, it did the job and satisfied the craving in the moment.

As a Filipino native, I can most definitely vouch for Jollibee and tell you that you're getting authentic Filipino flavors Now granted, it's not the same as homemade Filipino food (because nothing beats lutong bahay!), but for a quick fix when you're craving those flavors? It's PERFECT. The food is always so flavorful. The chicken? Always juicy and crispy. The rice? Always ricing lol. And if you know, you KNOW -- rice is life. Everything hits that comfort-food craving just right. I would 1000000% recommend the food without hesitation. However... I personally wouldn't recommend dining in at the physical location. I'd much rather pick it up and enjoy it at home. We've eaten there as a family a few times and while it's not the dirtiest place ever, it's definitely not the cleanest either. There are usually used napkins on the floor, occasional spilled drinks, and crumbs on tables. I get it -- it gets busy -- but I do wish they'd step out from behind the counter more often to tidy up the dining area With that said, the staff is always friendly and in good spirits, which I truly appreciate. Customer service has always been pleasant. Bottom line: Go for the food. Take it home. Enjoy every bite.

Hello Yelpers! It had been many moons since my last visit to Jollibee, so I took the opportunity to stop in for a quiet lunch ;) ... as my wife had an appointment nearby. A banner out front caught my eye advertising a chicken sandwich combo for $11, so that made my decision easy. I ordered the spicy version, upgraded the side to adobo rice, and it came with a drink and a peach mango pie. I also signed up as a Jollibee member while I was there. The chicken itself had good flavor, especially with the little slices of fresh green chili they included--I actually added those to the rice. That said, the sandwich was noticeably smaller than advertised, and I didn't care for the taste of the buns that were used, so I ended up eating just the chicken. The adobo rice was a bit too mushy for my liking, but still edible. As for the peach mango pie, I'd heard great things, but it didn't hit the mark for me. The filling was more of a thin purée without any fruit chunks--I only took one bite. On the plus side, the service was friendly, parking was easy, and the location right off the 95 and Cheyenne is super convenient. Overall, a mixed experience. I'm still curious to come back and try their fried chicken--spicy, of course.

I'm from Reno and went to Death Valley for vacation. And since i'm close to Vegas i thought i might as well travel an hour to reach the nearest Jollibee which is the one in Rainbow Blvd. This is on Monday at 11am. It did not disappoint. Clean and the lady in front was nice. The food is fresh as usual and tasty. The place is also nice and clean. I wish their bathroom worked, though. I had to ask staff to key in a passcode so customers can use. But other than that, it's a champ! Great job!

I will be reviewing based solely on the food since I placed the order via UberEats. The food was delivered hot and fresh. I ordered the 10 piece joy meal which came with 10 pieces of chicken, 3 sides (I ordered spaghetti since they're known for it), and 2 gravies. The food was ok, chicken was a little dry on the inside but the skin was crunchy and yummy. The spaghetti and gravy were both ok. I cannot comment on the service nor the ambiance since I did not pick up my own order. I will however update my review when I do visit this location. Overall, the food was ok, I feel like I have had better tasting Jollibee in the past but that was many years ago in the Philippines. This place is worth a try at least once. I'll be back in person if I'm ever in the area.

We decided to go to Jollibee and try dining inside this time instead of takeout. The dining area was mostly picked up and fairly clean, and there were a few open tables available, which was nice. When we went to order, the cashier asked if we were paying with cash or card. Since we were paying with a card, we were directed to place our order at the kiosk. The kiosk itself was a large screen, easy to navigate, and I was able to log in to earn points. We also had a coupon, which worked without any issues. Our order included the Kats-eye chicken 3 piece combo with fries and a guava refresher, plus a 10 piece original chicken bucket with two fries, two spaghetti sides, and one soda. The food took a bit longer than expected, which I assumed was because we were dining in, but the bigger issue was that we never received the guava refresher. I asked multiple times about the drink, and each time an employee would either walk away or say they'd check, but no one followed up with an update. Eventually, one employee said the refresher machine "wasn't working," but no one offered an alternative drink or a refund. By the time we were almost finished eating, I asked again if there was another refresher option available, and was told again that it just wasn't working. At that point, I requested a refund. A manager came over and asked what I needed, and I had to explain the situation all over again. I did receive a refund, but only for the soda portion, not the full upcharge I paid to get the refresher in the combo, so I still lost money overall. Unfortunately, between the lack of communication, no proactive customer service, and the disappointment with both the food and the service, the experience fell short. I've had better visits here in the past, so I hope this location can improve on attentiveness and handling issues like this more smoothly in the future.

Had JB's chicken once prior and wanted to give them a 2nd chance before giving them a review after watching some social vids about their food. The food came out hot and freshly made, the spicy chicken had some kick to it, but overall it was nothing amazing esp for the price point. Paid nearly $20 for this meal (3 piece chicken, biscuit, gravy, mac & cheese for $1.50 more, and a peach/mango pie) and got a water cup. Pass for me but enjoy if JB is for you.

One of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. I placed three 12-piece chicken orders using promotional coupons and arrived at the store right at pickup time. I was already inside showing my order confirmation when I suddenly received emails saying two of my orders were canceled. The staff told me the supervisor wasn't available and asked me to wait. After about 20 minutes an employee named Milo came out and asked what happened, so I had to explain everything again. He said it was a system issue and that it wasn't their fault. He also said he would escalate the issue and mentioned possible compensation. Then he went into the office and never came back out. Later another supervisor named Sarah came out and asked "what's going on?" as if no one had told her anything. After explaining everything again, she told me the only option was to reorder the chicken at full price ($27 per 12-piece), ignoring the promotions I used. By that time I had waited almost an hour. One of my orders was already marked ready for pickup, but no one gave it to me. I ended up leaving with nothing while my kids were at home waiting for dinner. When I got home, my 9-year-old son asked me sadly, "Did Jollibee scam us?" That moment made the whole situation feel even worse. What should have been a simple family dinner turned into a very frustrating experien

Food is great, everything was cooked well, the service and staff were wonderful, and the ambiance was clean. My toddler's first time dining in jollibee was surely great.

I came to jollibee for the first time. The supervisor Sarah was an absolute dream. The restaurant was very peaceful. She was great with recommendations and I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken joy. No pun intended. Would definitely come back and bring my family. Thank you guys

My order.... Unacceptable. They should have just exchanged it with the same exact order immediately

I recently experienced a deeply discouraging incident at your restaurant that is supposed to pride itself on inclusivity and racial diversity. I visited my local JolliBee, which I had always regarded as my go-to spot due to its proximity and consistently excellent service. I ordered a three-piece meal with mashed potatoes and a mango peach pie. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. After a short drive home, about 7 to 8 minutes, I was shocked to find my hand covered in gravy when I went to unpack my meal. The gravy container had not been sealed properly, resulting in a spill that ruined my entire order. I promptly called the restaurant and spoke to a supervisor who offered to replace my meal if I returned. I explained that I was inconvenienced due to a staff oversight and requested a reimbursement, as well as meal replacement as I believe this is a standard practice in the restaurant industry. As a 100% disabled female veteran who served in the army for over 23 years, I am not looking for a handout; I just wanted fair treatment for the inconvenience I faced. Unfortunately, the supervisor outright refused my request stating "one or the other". After rearranging my schedule and getting my furniture delivered, I returned to the restaurant around 6:15 PM. I went through the drive-thru and explained my situation twice. An employee, possibly named Kein, asked for my receipt. I told him it was in the bag, soaked in gravy. He insisted that without a receipt, he couldn't assist me. The entire order was still in the bag, and I was merely trying to replace the meal that had been ruined. Next, a female supervisor came over, echoing the same policy and asking me to search for the receipt in the gravy-filled bag. I refused to dig through the mess, especially since I was in the drive-thru with no way to clean my hands. She then asked me to pull around to the front, adding to my frustration as I had already spent over several minutes trying to get a replacement for my meal. When they came to my car after a lengthy wait, I was on the verge of tears, battling PTSD, depression, and anxiety. The employee translated to the supervisor and they both continued to relay the policy back and forth, emphasizing that without a receipt, there could be no refund or replacement. I questioned how they thought I had gotten the meal in the first place, asserting that it was clearly their order that had spilled. When I asked the manager for her name, she hesitated and questioned why I wanted it. I found her reluctance suspicious. I couldn't shake the feeling that my treatment was influenced by my race. As a military veteran, I have worked alongside many remarkable Filipinos in direct patient healthcare, and I have deep ties to the Filipino community. I run a nonprofit supporting Asian Pacific Islander female veterans OUTDOORNISTA.ORB and manage a Facebook page with over 134,000 veterans in the U.S. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/8c8i5LwjnerAkbgx/?mibextid=wwXIfr I refrained from sharing my experience there and with you until now as I was so upset. I am hoping to provide the restaurant an opportunity to address this situation directly. I believe in the values of inclusion and diversity, yet my recent experience at your establishment was disheartening. As a 60-year-old black woman, I am saddened to have been treated this way. I only gave this restaurant a one because I had to. I look forward to your response.

My Bucket Treat C I think with ketchup packets mixed in?

The service wasn't as bad as I thought based on the reviews. It's very bright and clean on the inside. The food was ok. I tried the bucket meat this last time and the fries were good. They give plenty of gravy. and it's definitely helpful for the flavor. The chicken was pretty crunchy overall, but the quality of the thighs wasn't good. They were very slimy & fatty. I'd recommend the white meat without trying based on that. My bucket h Of chicken had ketchup packets mixed in with the chicken and I didn't like that. They have some interesting drinks but my babies choose rainbow slushies instead.

    Barehands.
    Nikki M.

No gloves and just vibes I guess. The restraunt is very clean and everybody working there was friendly. However, just about everyone handling the food did so with barehands. I won't be coming back to this location unless I'm starving, in the area, and desperate.

Always a relief when gas station restaurant workers don't have Pennzoil smeared on their fingers…read morewhile handling your food and the ladies at Hatch Chicken were hygienically on their game. The small menu is comprised of chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, mac & cheese, and biscuits - the tenders tasted pretty good and were freshly made, but the chicken sandwiches (wrapped in foil) were under a heat lamp on the counter, begging to be eaten before they petrify. "Go grab a sandwich, either spicy or original" she instructed, while cooking up some waffle fries. The buns ended up being pancake-flat...born plump, then losing much of their baby fat under the mini-tanning salon. But the sandwich tasted decent, so maybe it wasn't as old, wrinkled, and decrepit as, for example, myself. The spice-less waffle fries were bland as elevator music so be prepared to dip them in Hatch sauce (blend of mayo, mustard, and hot honey). Mac & cheese arrived in a good sized cup and was very filling, but it amounted to mushy overcooked pasta drowning in a mudslide of Cheez Whiz. Al dente it was not...more like al stracatto. If they put a macaroni and biscuit combo on the menu, it could be called 'Limp Bizkit'. Drinks were mostly Coke products, but surprisingly the home made lemonade and strawberry dragonfruit drinks were very good with organic lemon pulp, organic juice, organic cane sugar. Inside, there's a digital menu board that changes every few seconds and there will be some decent finds. A two piece tender, fries, drink, and biscuit combo was being offered recently for a mere $5 (normally it's $8). So if you're hungry and gassing up at a Rebel station where these Hatch Chicken locations are, you could do worse than to grab some tenders or a sandwich there.

I headed to Hatch's because it is super close. I was helped right away and my order was completed very quickly. The staff were friendly and generous with the sauce. I got the 2 tender combo and it was surprisingly a lot of food. I couldn't finish it all. The tenders were good sized and moist and juicy, the original style flavor was good not bland but not overpowering either. The Mac and cheese was a surprisingly big portion for a combo and very creamy with corkscrew noodles that had a good texture. I can see why all the reviews sing its praises, it was delicious. The combo came with a biscuit that was fluffy with crispy edges (my fave) and covered in a sweet butter coating which though looked weird was delicious and the perfect complement to the rest of the meal.

The food at In and Out is okay. If I were to pick between McDonalds and In and Out, I would pick In and Out. They did burn our burgers a little bit. I liked the slight crispness of the hamburger bun. The one thing that I would wish that they would do is put some kind of cover on the order. They always just hand you an open box full of food. If I was staying put and eating, this is a convenient idea, but I was on my way home worried about if the food will spill in my car. In and Out is a simple restaurant. There are no onion rings. It's pretty much just burgers and fries. No overwhelming menu, just burgers and fries.

The hot dog is legit and easily the highlight of my visit. It comes the way it should, topped with sport peppers and that unmistakable neon green relish, and it's actually pretty close to what you would expect from a real Chicago-style dog. If you are craving that classic Chicago flavor, this part of the menu absolutely delivers. Unfortunately, the Italian beef did not live up to the same standard. I ordered the half hot dog, half Italian beef combo, thinking it would be the best way to try both, but I ended up regretting that choice. To me, an Italian beef sandwich and its marinade should have a deep, savory flavor, almost like a hydrated beef jerky, but this one fell flat. In fact, there were more veggies than beef! Meh. I might also be a little spoiled after having Jay's Italian Beef in Chicago, which sets a very high bar. Overall, Windy City Beef N Dogs is worth visiting for the hot dogs. But when they list beef before dogs... you expect more.

They advertised something my daughter and I wanted to try to be told they didn't have it yet so what's the point in advertising something that you plan to advertise with saying "coming soon" on it or just not advertising it until you have all the stuff for it. I believe one of the managers checked to see if they had all of it (as he was wearing a different shirt) and said we don't have everything and didn't offer when it would be available to order. I gave the cashier my phone number for points to be told "we're not on the app" yet, but they advertise if you sign up (if you're not a member already) you can buy one get one free with the app. We ordered food and wasn't asked if it was for here or to go, didn't get napkins (had to ask for them), didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our food (needed ketchup for our fries and had to ask for it), and I ordered a large soda with my meal and was handed a regular size drink by the cashier who took my order and I had to tell the cashier that it was a large. He apologized but you took my order less than a minute ago and got it wrong when you're standing there by the register and could have looked to see what size the drink was. Overall, just not a pleasant experience for either of us. We love our fries, but these fries weren't crispy or crunchy like we like them and we threw our fries away. Between the two meal combos, not even half an order of fries was eaten. Cashier never asked any of the customers if it was for here or to go as there were like three other customers who either ate inside at tables or outside on their truck bumper. Just not an overall good experience with them. We've had Rally's before in Las Vegas and didn't have a good experience there either, but figured since they were coming to Pahrump we'd give it another try really hoping it would be a better experience. It wasn't a better experience at all other than we were able to eat inside instead of outside like the first one we ate at. This morning my daughter's stomach was upset and she said, "I think Rally's upset my stomach. Let's NEVER go there again." I agree. Unfortunately, with the overall bad experiences we received, the poor service at this location, the misadvertisement, and just overall lack of crispiness on the fries (and yes we've given Rally's a second chance at two different locations) you've lost customers for life. Just not happy at all with anything from this company. As my daughter said, "I would rather get the frozen fries from the grocery and get crispier fries at home than eat these from the restaurant." Again, I agree.

Unfortunately, the blood work never happened, though I was scheduled to get it done, so I pretty much fasted for no reason. It was a little hard to find Raising Cane's at first, but once I saw their big, tall outside sign, I knew where to go. It was getting close to the lunch rush, so I decided to go inside rather than go in the drive thru. This Raising Cane's has, I think, one of the biggest interiors I've ever been in. You have a big cardboard cutout of Ice-T, who is currently the face of Cane's iced tea, staring at you while you wait in line. Though I was hungry, I didn't want to go too crazy and order a ridiculous amount of food. I ordered their box combo, which included 4 pcs of chicken, fries, Texas toast, and a thing of coleslaw, with my drink of choice being lemonade. I think I got here at the right time, because while I was waiting for my order, more people were coming in and a line was beginning to form. And when I left, the drive thru line was really starting to become packed! Their chicken fingers are always the best, and so is their Texas toast and their totally awesome Cane sauce! I really love the Cane sauce that I actually want to make a homemade one of my own. Their lemonade is so refreshing, too, especially on a hot summer day. Another big plus is that you can easily access the 95 freeway from Lake Mead when you leave. Very good chicken fingers, fries, everything overall. Raising Cane's will be seeing me again in the future.
