The girl Christina was really rude when I went back to the counter to ask for a new honey mustard when the first one she gave was opened. She saw me and proceeded to walk the opposite way. Then proceeded to ask a coworker "why is she standing there she already got everything she needed?" And then walked over with an attitude asking what I needed. Biscuits undercooked, doughey and falling apart. Portions ok.. employees not well trained..

I will never purchase from this location again. I am so tired of doughy, undercooked biscuits from this location. About a month ago, I congratulated this location on their fantastic breakfast and noted that while their consistency is iffy, at least on that date, I got a fully cooked biscuit with hot ingredients. Frankly, I'm just not going to take the 1 out of 10 chance any more. Last week, my biscuit looked like an albino and crumbled all over my clothes & car. The next time, I specified a "dark" biscuit. I got a dark, burnt on one side, cold biscuit, filled with burnt bacon and cold egg because clearly me wanting a fully cooked biscuit also means I want cold and/or burned ingredients. Wow!!! After several visits and having to wait 15 plus minutes.. today was the last straw.. ordered boberry biscuits, steak biscuit and bo rounds .. got to the window to pay and was told it would 5 mins on boberry biscuits.. pulled to the side only to realize they gave me a sausage biscuit, went inside to exchange and was given boberry biscuits.. once in the car realized the boberry biscuits were ice cold.. rather then going back in I went back through the drive thru, at the window the manager ignored me and sent a young girl to assist me. I told her the biscuits were cold.. the manager then walks over to tell me they were fresh and she couldn't take them back trough the window.. I assured her I wouldn't not be coming back in to give them to her.. as she walked away the young lady begin to tell me how they were fresh and I told her I didn't really care bc those were cold.. what happen to the customer is always right.. and I never once was given an apology for the inconvenience this was to me.. mind you I was now 30 mins into this visit.. when I told the young girl I didn't care she got smart and shut the window in my face. I beeped the horn and she proceeded to run her mouth!!!! Never again!!! Will not be back.. sad that the food is good but the customer service is awful.. not to mention the cook area was nasty.. dirty rag on the floor.. crumbs and grease all over the cut/prep station.. just awful!!! I gotta be honest, we went in to use their WiFi. We ended up staying for lunch, and surprisingly it was pretty good. Compared to other Bojangles I have been to at least. I'm a Popeye's fan, but that wasn't an option. I ordered the chicken supremes combo, and asked the clerk to make sure that the tenders were decent sized, not nuggets like you know who has. She smiled (what?), and went and selected the tenders herself. She served them with a smile again (huh?), and thanked me for coming in. I wasn't expecting any like that to happen. I was in the drive thru at 9:10am I ordered a sausage biscuit combo and I wanted Bo rounds as my "fixing". The woman on the headset was like "it will be a 5 min wait" So I changed my mind and got fries instead. When I came to the pick up window it was 9:15am so I then asked her " are your bo rounds ready" she was like no...... so with that being said not my favorite bojangles. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. You could pick any other Bojangles in the area and have a drastically better experience. There is always a problem. Every time. It blows my mind how you can have a chain fast food restaurant and still not have things consistently down pat. The last straw happened when I waited with my family after church in the drive through for 18 minutes *after* I had paid. And I came back after we got home because the order still was not right. I let the manager have it and called the district manager. The district manager called me a few days later and let me know how he was going to fix things, but I doubt anything will change. Bojangles is a pretty safe bet around here, just stay away from this one! read more

I ordered two picnic slaws and one mash potato (picnic size) and the drive through. The lady took the order and said my payment was 13.65. When I got to the pickup window the same lady said who took the order said they didn't have the 'picnic' size in slaw. She said she told me that when she took my order. I then asked her if you said you didn't have it then why did you charge me for it? At this time she didn't know what to say and then said she would give me the same amount of slaw in multiple individual containers which would be the same as the picnic size. I said OKay and then she discussed this with another employee. At this time the other employee came to the window and said they were out of slaw. He asked what I wanted to replace the slaw with, I said nothing. I then just asked for my money back-bevel it or not it took a manager to give me back my money. I then drove to Denver (NC) Bojangles. They had everything I needed and for some reason they only charged me 10.64 for the same items I was charged 13.65 in Stanley. Bottom line--If you need entertainment and haven't dealt with 'knuckleheads' in a while then please go to Stanley Bojangles-you will not be disappointed!! read more

Fast Food workers do not deserve $15 an hour. Some of them don't even deserve minimum wage. My lovely bride and I decided to head to the Bojangles in Stanley, NC. I ordered the 2-Breast dinner with slaw, my lovely bride ordered the chicken tender meal. They said it would be 15 minutes on breasts. I said that'd be fine. So we sat down and I could see my wife's food on the tray just sitting there, so I went up there and got it. The guy working said they were still waiting on the breasts, and asked if I wanted my slaw now or wait. I told him I'd wait and get my slaw with my meal. So my wife was eating hers and was almost done, and I'm still waiting to see them put my food on a tray. At 20 minutes past the time on the receipt, the store employees were chit-chatting, so I go up there, and the guy asked what I needed, I told him I was still waiting on my 2-breast dinner that was only supposed to be 15 minutes. The guy exclaimed, "Oh" and went and got my 2 breasts. When he came back, I was waiting on my slaw, and he said he had already given it to me, but that he would get me another. When he went to get the slaw, I Invited nim to our table to check for any evidence of the slaw that he claimed to have given me. He came out to the table, and I asked him if he could show me of any other slaw. To which he said he was giving me another one. I asked him why he was calling me a liar, that he still thought he gave me a slaw when he didn't. Then the manager called out from behind the counter to stop harassing her employees or she would have to ask us to leave. I was so frustrated at this point that I just really didn't feel like eating, so my lovely bride said to just wrap up my food and we'd leave. So I wrapped up my chicken and she wrapped up her last couple chicken tenders, I refilled my tea and we left. I came home and ate my chicken here. These people want higher pay and can't even do what they are supposed to do, or what they say they will do, and they blame the customer, or accuse the customer of doing something that they didn't do. We rarely get to eat out and It seems every time we do there is some issue that comes up with folks not doing their job. Why cannot people just do what they say they're going to do, or at least what they are supposed to do? They want $15 an hour for something they're already not doing now. read more

I like Bojangles and the food at even this one is fine, however the customer service sucks you have to go in to make sure you get a correct order. If you go though the drive thru its wrong 90% of the time the other 10% they pour tea in your lap and give you one napkin to clean it up. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Today I went in to order and there were three people waiting for their food, two people ahead of me waiting to order, and three behind me in line. The manager makes the food (instead of being out front and managing the place) and there were about 4 other girls all standing by the drive thru window and nobody was acknowledging that they had customers waiting to order. And while I was waiting two people from the drive thru came in because they were missing stuff from their order. One couple behind me left and after a minute or so longer I left too because obviously nobody cared about the waiting customers. I've already called corporate about them once and nothing has changed. I love this place. The chicken supreme combo is amazing. Sometimes the biscuits aren't very good, but most of the time the fries or the chicken can make up for it. Literally everybody that works there knows what I'm going to order when I walk in. The employees are all really nice for the most part. Marquis is a great worker. He makes the chicken and it's really good. The overall experience was very good and I will be eating there again soon. read more
