Bojangles came through on tonight. I was starving after a 5 hour drive. I know this may not make sense but let me help you give this location a chance. It was just before closing time. They were out of Macaroni and cheese and the buffalo bites. I ordered a large sweet tea and a side of Mashed potatoes. The lady at the window was so nice and apologetic that also ordered a freshly cooked chicken leg. I get to my Hotel room. Showered and ate dinner. It was deliciously seasoned. Hit the spot. The area was clean, so we were hopeful. However, upon entry and approaching the register, there wasn't anyone to take the order for a couple minutes. When asked what something included (the Eggs Platter), it was unknown and took two trips to the back for which it was still not what was quoted. Then the cook yelled twice to stop serving grits for which were wasn't enough for the one order I placed and then was charged extra for something that was supposed to be included in the order initially. The bacon was the best part of the meal. They were out of straws, which was not a big deal had there at least been napkins and other things to supplement the shortfalls. Extremely sad location! I'm staying at a hotel within walking distance so it's convenient though. Usually where you place orders they would have a buffet style for viewing but not here, the whole area was empty. Some food items weren't available, no ice or tea was available on the customer side. 11:30 on Sunday morning. Ordered a 3 piece supreme combo and a kids supremes combo. Kids supremes had no fries or biscuit when the lady gave us the food. Told her and the lady just took the box back with no apology. Another person brought back the box with no apology either. Then the 3 piece supreme I ordered did not come with a biscuit and the fries were definitely a small at best. Neither order of fries were seasoned at all. Considering that at the time I was there, there was maybe a few people inside eating if that, and I was the only car in the drive thru, I would say this is unacceptable. Raw Chicken. No concern. I was traveling through Georgia on May 24, 2025, and stopped at this Bojangles at Exit 109 off I-95 in Port Wentworth. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and what I received was completely raw in the center--not undercooked, not rare--raw. Cold, pink, and unsafe. I brought it to the staff's attention, and instead of taking it seriously, they handed me fake phone numbers and brushed me off like it was normal. Maybe because it's late Sunday night, the restaurant was really quiet. And hence my service was quick and swift. Food was great as usual, except that they ran out of sweet potato pie. My family and I went to Bojangles this morning before going to church. We ordered our in the drive through in which they have AI taking the order. We ordered the Bo-Rito and other things. Normally, if they are out of something, an actual employee will come over intercom and say "sorry we have ran out of that." However, that didn't happen. We get to the window and they tell us they were out of Bo-Ritos. My wife tries to order something else instead since we just found out at the window there no Bo-Rito's, but they tell us we couldn't add anything to the order. Help me make this make sense. This is poor customer service and poor organizational efficiency if you can't adjust an order. read more

Stopped on my way home from Savannah. Pulled off to get gas and this was directly across the street. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru when I ordered. I may have been in line for about 7 minutes. For that time, my order was correct, my food tasted fresh and it was hot. The lady working the window was very pleasant, so I have no complaints. I stopped at this location today while traveling from HHI to ATL. There was 1 customer in front of me ( family of 3), and no one was at the cash register. A woman appeared from the back and said she was going to clean the tables before waiting on us. This was puzzling as the DR was empty. I asked if she could wait on us first. She ignored me and continued to clean the tables. How could this employee be so incompetent? You aways take the orders and payment first. The family in front of me asked for chicken tenders, and she responded there were none. They ordered other pieces of chicken, paid and sat in the dining area waiting for their meal. I asked for a small tea, and she responded she did not have small cups, so I left. As I sat in my car trying to decide where to get tea, I noticed the woman who was behind me in line came our empty ended. The same was true for the following customer. I do not know who owns this restaurant (corporate or franchise), but they need to spend more time in this location. Great biscuits! Perfect place to save off hunger on a long drive. They have the dining area closed and only the drive thru is open. Although this location was short staffed and out of a lot of items as well, they were still friendly and fast. When I'm driving through here it's usually a must stop for some Georgia chicken . Today's wasn't so good as it's been in the past though. Went there today at 5.00 pm. Mind you there was no one in the lobby eating and the parking lot did not have any customers parking to go in. The drive thru lane had two vehicles waiting for food to bring out the same as I did after paid for my order. They are extremely slow and don't care about customer service at all. We were traveling with a bunch of kids and decided to stop here because it's bojangles. While ordering at the drive thru, the lady was super funny and nice! The lady at the window (different from the one who took our order) was really sweet and pleasant! I did have a few items missing, common because there's 8 of us in total, and I had the pleasure to go through the drive thru again. The food was delicious. We don't have these where I'm from in NY. We decided to stop for a quick bite on the way to our destination. The people were friendly and the food was pretty good. Another customer recommended the Cajun chicken biscuit which was tasty. We also had some regular fried chicken and biscuits with Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese could have been better. The Bo sauce had a nice flavor. The food reminds me of KFC or Popeyes. Pretty good overall for fast food. read more

Lots to discuss: I have wanted to try the Bojangles fried chicken sandwich for a long time. It was EXCELLENT, though it did not fill the bun the way id have liked. Too much bun Overhang. Why only a 3, well getting their with the traffic pattern is INSANE, while staying at the Hampton Inn. I asked for dirty rice and got fries.
